(It is said that it used to be a palace), breakfast is American, almost every day, the variety has not changed much. Good location, can walk to most attractions. The service staff was very enthusiastic. Our tour guide was waiting downstairs. GGuest UserThe hotel is beautiful for three stars. It is on foot from the beach in the resort area of Montello. Without extra charge, you can use the gym, rent bikes, get beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, even after you are evicted from the room. The suitcases can be left at the reception and go to the beach. Back and able to take a shower in the shower, towels were also provided. Beverages and snacks in the rooms are free. Rooms are clean and clean, room and bathroom are spacious. There is an air conditioner. Breakfast was also good. Stayed delighted with the hotel.

GGuest UserI loved this beautiful little boutique hotel in the heart of old Palermo. Located just a few minutes walk from the Teatro Massimo and wonderful outdoor markets, the hotel felt like a luxurious oasis in the midst of the hustle and bustle of Palermo. Highlights for me were the attention to detail in the rooms and the delicious buffet breakfast served in the beautiful and tranquil courtyard. I cannot wait to go back.

GGuest UserThe room is spacious enough. The room was cleaned very well. The breakfast was good. The following are the shortcomings: First, the curtains cannot be drawn at all. Every time, the technician has to move a large ladder to manually close the curtains. Second, the shower head on the top of the bathroom has too little water and the temperature is too low. I dare not wash my hair for fear of catching a cold. Third, and the most important one! Don't stay in room 106! Less than one meter outside the window is the eaves on one side, blocking half of the view, and the eaves are wrapped in iron sheets. When it rains, the raindrops make a huge sound and it is impossible to fall asleep! I stayed for three nights and it rained for three nights... So when you come to Palermo during the rainy season at the end of the year and the beginning of the year, don't stay in room 106. When we placed the order, we asked for a high floor and a quiet room in advance, but the front desk guy gave us this room when we checked in. As a front desk, the professional requirement should be to know all kinds of rooms well; if we are allowed to stay in this room under the condition of understanding and the occupancy rate is not high, the motive can't help but make people suspicious.

The room is huge and two beds can accommodate three people and has a small balcony. The hotel is very convenient from the train station and the city, it is recommended!

LLarissa Lopez CoronadoWith a heatwave hitting throughout my 3-day stay, the best decision I could have made was to choose this hotel specifically for its pool – and boy, did we enjoy it! The atmosphere was super chill, complete with a DJ, the lush surrounding garden, and the perfectly tempered water. Drinks and food were readily available in the common areas. Sun loungers were plentiful and well-positioned. Breakfast was fabulous, offering a wide and comprehensive variety to suit all tastes, including juices, fresh fruit, cold cuts, hot dishes, omelettes, and naturally, excellent coffee! Leo's attentiveness, and indeed that of the entire staff, was exceptional. The room and bathroom were tastefully decorated in a modern style, featuring a decent wardrobe and space for a table, armchair, and a good TV. We slept like angels. Everything was very clean. The only truly unpleasant aspect was the persistent smell of drains, which hints at the age of the renovated building. There was always plenty of parking available, and although it's about a 12-15 minute walk from the center of Palermo, I'd say it's a fantastic and strategic location. Highly Recommended!

GGuest UserFantastic location the hotel is in the center you can get around Palermo on foot.
As for the hotel, I can say that we didn't sleep the first night because we were assigned a room on the first floor and the area below is also pedestrian, the noise didn't let us rest. They changed our room to one on the second floor but inside it is smaller and we solved it.
Breakfast was not included so I can't rate the hotel staff as friendly enough.
I would stay here again just for the location
