The facilities were good and the hostel provided a fridge, stoves and cooking utensils. The room and the toilets were most of the time clean. Each was provided with one big locker. You can use the washing machine for 4 Euro and hang the clothes in the balcony. One major problem was sound insulation. Location surrounding is crap. I went by navigator with a suitcase from central railway station about 15 min because the roads are not for suitcases, cracked pavement everywhere. It’s really apartment in a crap residential building. 3rd floor (like 4tth) without a lift with narrow stairs with no lighting in the evening.
