Impressive looking building from the outside but a really slow check in. They had 4-5 staff members yet everything took longer than I’d expect. The room was basic and, for the price, underwhelming. In addition, the walls are marked and scuffed. One part of the wall had food stains. The carpet is stained. When we went to go to bed we found the linen was dirty. There were stains on both the duvet and the bed sheet! We called down for reception and they said sorry then sent a maid to change the duvet. I felt like good customer service would include at least having someone from customer service/reception come to check on us and the room, or calling us to check, or making a note to ask at check out. No follow up.
Apart from this the room is a good size and felt spacious with a desk, sofa and large double bed. The bathroom also had 2 sinks and ample space for your things. The cupboards were also large with lots of hangers etc. There is a full ironing board. I was disappointed for the price (over ¥2000 a night) that even their basic rooms don’t have a coffee machine (like Nespresso etc). This seems to be standard in most hotels at this price range these days. Just instant coffee. As part of the price, the hotel included “free mini bar” which was just 1 can of coke, sprite and Fanta. All full sugar, no zero/diet. Only one side of the bed has plug socks for charging. Otherwise, there is a socket under the desk. The slippers constantly stuck to the tiled floor area which meant squeaky/sticky sounds as you walk around. I’m not sure if it was just the slippers or the floor coating but it was pretty irritating.
The breakfast was good with a range of choices including pancakes, waffles, different types of bread, omelette/egg station, noodles, porridge etc as well as fried vegetables, salad, fruit and sausages etc. Lots of coffee machines dotted around the canteen.
Location good if you want to go to the lake area and surrounds. There isn’t much walkable so to really take advantage you need a car , either a Didi or your own. You can rent bikes but anyone serious brings their own and cycles round the area. There are local restaurants about 1-2k away which is walkable. We had some ok local food for a good price. Disappointed not to find a modern cafe anywhere nearby, including the hotel. The coffee in the hotel was only the push button kind, like at breakfast buffets. No real cafe.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend the hotel and wouldn’t go back.

I stayed at the Qihu Hotel with my parents and daughter on May 2nd and checked out on May 4th. The hotel is close to Yanqi Lake and has a beautiful environment, especially the garden on the 3rd floor is beautiful, with a Jiangnan style. Sit on the leisure swing chair to enjoy the lake view and enjoy the holiday time! The Chinese restaurant has a comfortable environment and the dishes are also very good!
In addition to the beautiful environment and complete facilities, the hotel also has very good service. The service in every place, such as the guest room and restaurant, is good. Especially the front desk check-in service staff Zhang Yu on the day of check-in is even more enthusiastic, taking care of my parents, and providing thoughtful service. We feel at home. Very satisfied! I took my elderly to visit during the last two days of the May Day holiday. The hotel is classy, with a good environment and clean and comfortable rooms. When checking in, the duty manager Lu Chenyang was warm and thoughtful. He knew that there were elderly people staying, so he arranged a suitable room and arranged for the bathroom floor to be covered with non-slip towels and a shower chair. He was thoughtful, patient, meticulous, and responsible, and reminded us of the precautions for booking meals and playing. It is worthy of the standard of a star hotel! The high-quality service made this trip very worry-free and comfortable. I look forward to coming again next time!

The room was very good, the service was very good, and the breakfast was also very good. However, there was an unexpected incident, which I would like to mention here. I hope the hotel will pay attention to it. Before going to bed at night, our 2 and a half year old child fell from the red circle on the back of the sofa. Fortunately, the child is fine now. Thinking about it, I am quite scared. There is a wide gap behind the sofa, and there is a protruding ridge on the floor of the gap. If you fall on your back and hit your back head, it is really dangerous. There are many children in the hotel. I hope the hotel can improve this place, either post a safety warning, or move the sofa to another place, or protect the gap behind it. I hope everyone is safe.

The hotel gave us Christmas candy gift bags on Christmas Day, which were warm and sweet. The room was comfortable and the bathtub had a view. The blue lake and white boats outside the restaurant formed a beautiful landscape. I bring my children here every year, and then walk 7 kilometers on the greenway to the Kempinski Sunrise Hotel opposite, and return after afternoon tea. It is a healthy and happy trip.

Avoid the peak of the National Day holiday. I chose to go to Huairou with my friends on Sunday and stayed here for one night. I saw this place called Manyuan B&B on Ctrip. It is a B&B restaurant that integrates dining and accommodation. I chose it decisively. The customer service environment left a deep impression on me. The modern decoration is not warm, and every place reveals exquisiteness. When entering the courtyard, the front desk reception and room service are all greeted with smiles, which makes people feel comfortable. In addition, their farmhouse dishes are also very good, especially Huairou's special rainbow trout and stupid eggs. They are very delicious. I will definitely patronize it next time I have a chance

The deepest impression that Luhuadaoying gave us was warmth, tranquility, cleanliness and comfort. The landlord's detailed explanation and warm reception. The room was clean and tidy, which made us feel warm in our hearts.
Especially during the Dragon Boat Festival, the landlord also specially prepared small rice dumplings for us, which was very warm. Although the small courtyard is not too big, it has a good location. It is backed by Hongluo Mountain and faces a lotus pond on Bird Island. There is no obstruction in front. It is very suitable for a family or a couple to stay together. I only booked one night that night because I was short of time. I didn't play enough around and booked another night. It felt very suitable. I will invite my family to come here next time I come to Hongluo Temple to pray.

Recommended by friends, come to this light luxury homestay. Because usually business trips are business hotels, plus daily work is basically shuttled to the horizontal and vertical office buildings. When I saw this homestay, I suddenly realized that there is romance in the repeated life, and softness in the strong will. For me, the office worker, Before entering the room, a close acceptance was felt. I chose a Japanese-style room with a small courtyard of my own. At this time, I really want to have another Akita companion (hhh), just stay here, put down the tiresome work, look at the scenery in the distance, think about the people who care about it, the ease that can be found in the struggling city of Beijing. The boss is super nice. When chatting, he introduced us to the process of building this famous hotel. He realized that feelings are too important for doing anything. It’s a worthwhile trip and a good harvest. I hope I can have the opportunity to come here next time to “sluck time” and aftertaste...

I suddenly had the idea of going to the outskirts of Beijing on the weekend, and I searched for a homestay online. I booked it because the environment seemed good. We first went to Pinggu to see the rape flowers and then came to Hongluo Temple in the afternoon. The environment of the homestay is nice. There is a tea area and reading area in the lobby. There are large floor-to-ceiling windows, which are good for daydreaming. The staff at the B&B were also very cute. They helped us adjust the TV and brought us sampled coffee. I feel like they are going to open a coffee shop business in the future. The price also includes a very exquisite breakfast. You can also order meals at noon and in the evening. The famous temple is in front of the B&B. I will go there again if I have the chance!

GGuest UserBreakfast: Breakfast and lunch are average. I didn't eat in the hotel after seeing the food. The seafood is not fresh and the barbecue in the evening is not delicious.
Children's Jungle Jump: The activities are OK and the children have a lot of fun.
Facilities: The facilities are old and have many flaws.
Environment: The external environment is very good, surrounded by green mountains and fresh air. On the night we went there, there were people working on the lawn and setting up a stage. The hotel is supposed to be a place for people to rest and relax. There were constant clanging outside. It stopped only after I complained to the front desk at 2 o'clock in the middle of the night. I hope the hotel can arrange the maintenance or construction time reasonably.

AAnonymous UserChildren and the elderly like this tree house design very much. Each floor has a separate bathroom and shower. It is very friendly to children. There are toilet seats and wash basins for children. It is a parent-child hotel!
It is also very close to Yanxi Lake. I recommend it! The child said that she would come again. She said that this is the fairy tale kingdom!
Special thanks to the front desk ladies who stayed for two days! They are friendly and patient in consulting questions! The child said that she likes these two ladies very much!
