Cute decoration at the lobby area with toy for children. Wide room and clean. The parking lot is far from the hotel building.

I was very satisfied with the trip. If I go to Hakodate again, I will stay here and choose the suite room my mother stayed in.

The location of the hotel is a bit remote, and I didn’t expect that there would be no room service during my stay. Even the towels and bath towels had to be changed downstairs by myself. Although there is a free coffee machine and hanging ears on the first floor, the quality is really not good, and there is no smell of coffee at all. No, the biggest advantage of the room is that the bed is really big, the toilet is good, and the space is large, but nothing else is good.

It is close to the "Usamaichi" train station. It is a little inconvenient to drag luggage from the JR station in the snow. Kanamori Warehouse Hachimanzaka and other attractions are within walking distance ~ The room is very large, and two large suitcases can be spread out without any pressure. There is no cleaning service during the stay. Towels can be changed in the self-service area, and there is also self-service free tea in the lobby.

It was a room that kids would love! When you enter the building, there are cute modern decorations, and the security seems to be good at night. Although we didn't head there, there seems to be a hidden spot and barbecue facility on the rooftop! Has the inside of the building been renewed? Old like new? I think the housekeeping was good, but the pillows smelled kind of dusty, so I couldn't lie down on my stomach (^^;; Children who were tired of sightseeing for adults in Hakodate had fun when they returned to the hotel. I think it's a great place! It can accommodate a large number of people, so if you're traveling with your grandparents, it would be a great place to stay! However, please note that there is no hot spring!

The location is okay. The room is relatively old, but very clean. This hotel does not have room cleaning service. You may have to buy new towels downstairs. Overall, it is okay.
