The hotel is quite new, but its location is a bit out of the way. While there's a bus stop right outside, the bus schedule is unreliable. It would be perfect if you're traveling by car. It's also quite close to the Glass Museum.

Both meals exceeded our expectations and were delicious. The room was very spacious. The public bath was extremely clean and uncrowded, making for a very comfortable soak. The service was excellent and patient. The garden is beautiful. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent staff, clean and comfortable room. They tried their best to communicate with us by English, and explain the information clearly, even when dining, a young staff explained each of the cuisine with details. The food is satisfied. I rly enjoy staying at this hotel and I will visit again when I come to Hakone in the next trip!

location is quiet but remote, hotel facilities not that much, do hot spring only and no others. the worse comment is on the showering room, there is no any curtains or blinds for the glass doors, we can through either from balcony or from wash basin area!! really feel uncomfortable when do showering!! The food quality is not surprising! with this room rate, we could have other better choices for sure !

The room amenities were complete and comfortable, including a stereo system, humidifier, TV, and toiletries. The hotel staff, from all departments, provided excellent service, especially with the hot spring facilities. They were responsive to all my questions, starting from when I booked the shuttle service. The outdoor hot springs at night are absolutely heavenly! Plus, the one-night, two-meal package offered delicious food. Everything was great, except for the slightly inconvenient transportation.
