Great hotel in a good area for restaurants and fabulous bar just around the corner. Staff really helpful and friendly. Very clean and comfortable for our one night stay, perfect location if you are transferring from or to a cruise boat. Thank You especially the Hotel Manager who was really helpful

Phòng đẹp, trung tâm thành phố đi lại thuận tiện. Nv nhiệt tình. Ăn sáng ngon, phòng nghỉ rộng rãi sạch sẽ, nội thất trang nhã. Cách bãi biển khá gần, đối diện sunworld. Khá hài lòng vs trải nghiệm du lịch tại thành phố hạ long . Sẽ có chuyến đi tiếp trong năm nay.

Tôi và bạn bè ở đây 2n1d đều thấy nhân viên lễ tân nhiệt tình, thân thiện, phòng sạch sẽ, view đẹp, khách sạn vị trí thuận tiện n*** trung tâm Bãi Cháy dễ dàng di chuyển. Tuy nhiên ăn sáng thì tạm ổn và hơi bất tiện khi khách sạn không có spa làm chúng tôi phải mất thời gian đi kiếm chỗ khác. Nói chung chất lượng dịch vụ khách sạn khá ổn, tôi sẽ quay lại lần sau.
