新裝修的飯店，設施全新，智能床簾，馬桶，燈光，服務熱情，在鬧市區，吃飯購物非常方便。早餐也可以。一次愉快的旅行！

門臉不大在哈密火車站對着的一條街上，離火車站不遠。旁邊是天馬商場可能是一個老闆的吧。訂的是大床房，房間大小還可以，屋子裡和衞生間沒什麼異味。衞生間就是在房子裏隔出來的，乾濕不分區，枕頭床單被單還乾淨，就是房子不隔音，樓道走人説話比較吵，開的有線電視還要開通付費？離酒店不遠有個當地人吃飯的地方，烤包子油塔子，jiaoshen

本次青海➕新疆最滿意的酒店。性價比最高。服務人員超熱心 態度都很好。因為來的路上去漂流搞濕了衣服。使用了洗衣房 那個服務人員全程幫助我。酒店很新。設備都很智能。床品乾淨柔軟舒適。昨天返程還想住這裏。竟然沒訂到房。賣空了。樓下有天馬超市天馬商場。吃飯購物都非常場便利。好停車。

不好的是 突然晚上沒水了 也沒有及時通知 第二天才能洗熱水澡

第二次入住這裏了，但沒有第一次感覺好。酒店設施齊全，都是語音智能控制的，馬桶也是智能的，位於市中心，吃飯購物都很方便。早餐也不錯，這些跟第一次住一樣。不好的地方：衞生間洗手盆下水是壞的，一用水漏了滿地的水，趕緊叫人來修，很快修好了。另外樓頂也不知道有個啥機器，一直響，白天還不太明顯，夜裡夜深人靜的時候，特別吵，一宿沒睡好。

該酒店衞生搞得較好，房內設施齊全，酒店周邊購物、出行較方便，室外與天馬商場共用的停車場給自駕遊的客人提供了寬鬆的停車位。然而，美中不足的是洗澡時出水量不大且忽冷忽熱，加之智能馬桶沖洗衹能手動成了擺設，乾濕分離因少了一張門而使得水花四濺。另外早餐品種不豐富，體念感一般。

不得不發自內心給好評的一家酒店。
老闆開的哈密天馬酒店，天馬飯店，天馬超市是一個綜合體建築。
從裝修（包括帶遙控的智能馬桶，智能窗簾），配套洗浴用品看，很有實力，很大氣。
早餐在天馬飯店用餐，品種豐盛。消毒櫃的碗是很熱的
從前台，保安到飯店服務員，都訓練有素，熱情周到。
晚餐在天馬飯店，吃到了此行最正宗的新疆大盤雞。菜品質優價廉。

房間是新裝修的，不行10分鐘即可到達火車站，樓下是超市，步行街，購物吃飯都很方便，前台的服務員小姐姐也很熱心，酒店有停車場，總體來説很方便！下次來還會首選的
