Beautiful hotel. lovely garden and outdoor pool. Spa facilities was amazing. Indoor pool warm and relaxing. Delicious food every day with lots of variation. Friendly staff especially the waiters. Close to beach, supermarket, bar and restaurants. Would definitely recommend it and return.

The hotel was good, special shout to Hannah and Ninhno. The manager and workers were nice, some were rude. The staff who manage entertainment were amazing and deserve a raise. The room was decent but bring extra extra clothing and blankets as it gets very cold in there

the hotel is very nice, the staff is very cool and they make you feel welcomed, the atmosphere is very good. the food is always hot and tasty. the program is fun to watch and there are always games to participate. i am lazy but they always pushed me to play and have fun which is very nice! i would love to come back again in the future.

I stayed 4 days and I very much enjoyed the experience in this hotel ✨ great service (special thanks to aymen at the reception super friendly guy), the staff were very welcoming, clean rooms, well maintained gym + pools and luscious variety of food. I will be definitely coming back in the future! Looking forward to it 🙌🏻

For a 5 star hotel the receptionists and the worker especially the bartender should be more friendly and professional, I don’t speak Tunisian language but I understand Arabic and I was standing in-front of him hearing him complaining to his colleague about me. Breakfast buffet is good, the rooms are clean and the pool area is great, but the lights in the rooms are really dim and the furniture is really old.

I chose this property because it was popular and close to my in-laws. Everyone gives it raving reviews, so I booked my reservation months ago.
I was also told by former employees that this place used to be Better and it is now way different from how it used to be before. I’ve had minor issues leading up to the actual day of staying at the hotel but that did not matter because I already made up my mind to stay there however, I did not enjoy my stay for the most part. The rooms are not soundproof, every night I heard a couple being intimate that was annoying. Also, people coughing and using the bathroom.. The phones in the room do not work, nor does the balcony light. TV remote did not work, nor the button to the TV,. Breakfast is repetitive and limited. My room seen better days, I feel it was very dirty in my opinion. For the hotel to be luxury, for me, it did not feel like it. I wanted to ask the front desk can I change my room on the first day that I got there but they seemed unapproachable like you may be bothering them, so me not want to be that person who complains, I just spent my nights sleeping there sometimes and the rest of the time with my in-laws because it is what it is. I wouldn’t suggest this hotel to a friend who staying in Hammamet. But again this is just my experience. Maybe somebody else will have a better room that’s more clean and doesn’t it feel cramped and stuffy. I was there for nine nights.
