During check-in, the duty manager and front desk manager Chen Mengjie were warm and patient. Concierge Zhou Yingshi, who helped us with our luggage, was incredibly helpful. The Premier King Room we stayed in was fantastic, with large floor-to-ceiling windows facing the landscape. The view was stunning on a good day. The hotel's public areas are beautifully designed, though some facilities, such as the children's playground, are still under development. The bathrooms were Kohler, the smart toilet was Toto, and the amenities were the same as those at the Jing'an InterContinental. The bedside lamps were beautiful, and the decor was luxurious. While there wasn't a coffee machine, there were drip coffee dispensers. A crib guard was provided. Overall, the room was excellent, and I loved it. The pool was large and clean. The locker room had a sauna, which was a nice touch; the staff would open it in advance if needed. The men's locker room was a dry sauna. The service was excellent, and the staff were all very polite. I was impressed by the front desk staff, the receptionist, the housekeeping staff, and the pool attendant. The service was excellent. I especially thank Simon, the concierge, for showing us around the hotel. It's a great place to bring children. The location is just over ten minutes' drive from the Xitianmu Mountain Scenic Area. There's a Ferris wheel and a large water park next to the hotel, though they haven't been completed yet. The breakfast options are quite varied, with porridge shops and noodle stalls offering everything, as well as freshly made soft pancakes and fried dumplings. The braised beef topping at the noodle stall is delicious, as is the beef sausage. They also offer watermelon and cucumber juices, and the all-day dining restaurant is also quite nice. I left something at the hotel, and Yuki helped me ship it to my home. Thank you.
