這是我住過最噁心的酒店！！ 想定這家的真的可以慎重考慮！以下説的全部事實！
首先聯繫酒店讓我➕管家微信！操作後給我發了409A的房間鎖密碼！ 我進入後想喝水發現兩瓶水其中一瓶是喝了一部分的！我立馬問管家！管家的意思就是説阿姨漏換了！好那換了房間！換到409B房間後！
凌晨將近兩點我起來上廁所！門離廁所很近！突然一個男人按密碼要開門！我嚇得叫男友！男友問是誰！那個男人説是入住的！説這家酒店給他發了我們住的這個房間的密碼！並且説自己是入住這個房間！‼️‼️（凌晨將近兩點，如果是我一個人如果已經睡著了呢！那後果不堪設想）
我們立馬聯繫了酒店人員，結果電話撥通後的回覆就是我的入住訊息 是在409A房間！ 説管家並沒有告訴她！真的很離譜！我當時整個人嚇得精神恍惚！ 導致一整夜沒睡聽着門外動靜！
我們今天聯繫攜程平台！本來道個歉就算了！平台小姐姐説這家酒店負責人説昨夜將近凌晨兩點是維修工人‼️ 真的很離譜 敷衍消費者又欺騙平台！
哪個維修工凌晨兩點來維修 而且也不跟我們實現聯繫 明擺的謊言！ 酒店剛開始還不願意補償 談了好久終於敷衍説退一半住宿費
我們和平台聯繫要求賠禮道歉 平台這邊再去協商 然後才全額退款！我這邊再付管家清潔費！
我人已經氣的要暈死了！ 沒有任何安全保障沒有任何私隱可言 平台全程在幫我們 酒店的人衹會敷衍了事 ！

這家民宿是在悦郡城最好的一家！給予此評價是因為我在悦郡城住過至少5家民宿，雖有一點小問題（床底下有用過的紙巾未清理），但也忽略不計了。樓下有電視機，樓上有投影儀——贊！投影儀清晰度最高——贊！床邊有梳粧台——贊！

是公寓形式的，有廚房，但又沒有餐具，辦理入住特別麻煩，完全自助，還要加微信然後身份證拍照發給他，她告訴你一個房號密碼，裏面彎彎繞繞的，自己對着房號找半天，沒人帶領，房間衞生也不行，複式的，一上樓就能看到床底下的臟的，被套也皺皺巴巴，不知道換過沒有，服務態度差，多問幾句就不耐煩了……
