臨時暫住一晚，酒店很新，環境還不錯，衹是這片區域周圍還沒有建設完備，江景看起來相對其他區塊顯得平淡很多，設施沒有過多體驗。Morgan服務非常好，細心周到，有需要還會選擇入住。

酒店整體體驗感非常不錯
前台Morgan很熱情，服務很貼心，這次入住還麻煩給我升級了豪華江景大床房，房間的落地窗可以看到錢塘江景觀很好。房間很乾凈，裝修也很有韻味，古色古香，細節滿滿。早餐自助真的很好吃！種類很多很豐富！

房間很舒服，風景一級棒，前台hannah小姐姐幫忙安排了正江景的房間，服務很熱情周到，恰到好處，早餐也很豐富和營養，以後有機會也會一如既往的選擇木棉花酒店，家外之家的感覺。

健身房器材很齊全 24h開的很不錯。來看周杰倫演唱會 酒店Morgan還專門安排了的商務車從酒店送到演唱會現場，整體來講很安靜、也比較乾淨，下次如果還來看大蓮花演唱會一定還會定的木棉花，距離很近

非常滿意。服務、設施、餐飲、位置都恰到好處，令人如沐春風，住的舒服自在。房間設計智能，配套高端，各種智能控制。小管家Hannah服務專業，度把握非常好。早餐很棒，配套齊全人少安靜。下次來杭州一定繼續入住。

這次出行總的還是不錯的，但在最後發生了意外。客房服務方面做得比較好，前台提前一天就打來電話詢問到店時間和喜好。入住很快，房間也按要求做了配置。整個房間設計的讓人很舒適。床墊很有支撐感。房間恨乾淨。窗外一直霧很大，遺憾沒能看到錢塘江兩岸的美景。來之前擔心房間會有全封閉酒店的通病太熱，其實空調可以調整到冷氣16度，一晚上下來温度整體降低，沒有影響睡眠。期間出入酒店，還詢問了關於酒店外行車的問題，前台相當負責的在確認後給予了電話答覆。但是餐飲感覺並不符合酒店的定位。首先早餐內容選擇較少。第二天遇上團隊培訓，按道理應該將大團隊和散客分開，但沒有看到酒店這樣操作，整個早餐環境相當的吵。自取小籠包時候被突然竄出的蒸汽燙了一下，趕緊用冷水做了沖洗，之後工作人員拿來燙傷膏，索性問題不大。這是一個重大安全隱患了。臨走酒店送了瓶紅酒和兩衹玩偶以表歉意。因為燙傷還算輕，我們也沒有再追究。在這裏陳述這個經過，也就是提醒後面的客人要小心拿取蒸點。

週末度假 順帶過個紀念日 老公預訂的這家酒店 總體來説還算不錯 地理位置在奧運村 周邊環境很安靜 適合度假休息放空 如果需要外出遊玩景區不建議住這邊 雖然有地鐵 但是車程基本都需要將近1小時 開車出去景區非常堵且停車場少 酒店打車出去方便 景區打車回來相對較難 景區車難打 加價也有3輛不願意進景區接的 房間無敵江景 非常美 夜裡更美 酒店游泳池目前未開放
回來做了視頻發**才知道**訂房更便宜 1999兩晚還帶早餐 差價有點大 2晚相差有1000多塊 心疼我的毛爺爺
