房間中規中矩，就是布草太破舊了，床單被罩都有破洞，心裏不舒服。位置還是很好的，距離西湖，靈隱寺都很近，出門都有公交車，實時公交。服務很好，小哥哥都很好説話。吃飯附近不太方便，對面有個外婆家，杭州的餐飲太甜，吃不慣。

定了豪華型大床房有小童床那種，裏面配套設施差，給我們安排了一樓，回潮很嚴重，床上被子還是濕了，不建議住這裏，離西湖雷峯塔坐公交還需要兩三站公交，房間連個抽紙都沒放，不高興找前台了，還是用用我們自己的吧，放心，毛巾更不敢用了

有停車場，周邊沒什麼店，都是綠樹，臨近花港觀魚。可以騎自行車出行，有公交到蘇堤、雷峯塔，沒有地鐵。住宿條件還可以，連鎖酒店。

這個是我來杭州住的最便宜的酒店了，他就在西湖邊上，距離雷峯塔又非常的近！一邊看着西湖，一邊欣賞雷峯塔。性價比超高的酒店，值得推薦！這個價格就可以了，不要追求五星級的服務和標準了！

房間偏小，空調間隙有卡到的彈音，我還錄了音放給巴台小哥聽，服務小哥叫服務員調換，但調換到上水房旁及停車場旁，未同意，服務員説維修工回家過年了，沒辦法衹好理解，就衹有把吹風速調為0。不過他們態度還好。牙刷，蔬子有點軟不好用，房間無紙，可能春節忘了吧。

房間佈局合理，性價比高，位置好，出門1分鐘就到動物園公交站；房間床墊還可以的，空調啟動着，或開着排風扇，都無雜音；衞生打掃的可以，乾淨；晚上8點半入住的時候，前台小哥入住時也會送一次性用品，到房間發現也有2瓶冰露；都還挺好的、沒什麼問題就是最好的。

前台的小姐姐很熱情，態度很好，所以服務給5星
房間的設施比較老舊，隱隱有一種bad smell
226的窗外是牆，早上有三衹小貓咪趴着對面的頂棚上曬太陽，還和我對視
226窗户旁邊是一排空調外機，晚上嗡嗡嗡響，雖然我沒有開空調，但是還是被吵，所以我到兩點多才睡着。
