The hotel is situated in a very good location near the botanical gardens and the beautiful west lake. The room was specious and contained all the amenities you need. Breakfast offers mostly Chinese very tasty dishes. The staff are very nice and helpful although do not speak any english.

It locates close to Zhe Jiang university. It is not fancy but quiet & clean. Ms. Lian who works at the front desk was very helpful to book hair salon appointment for my girl at 8pm as we were back late. My girl was very happy to get her hair done that night.. We will stay there again if we travel to HZ. We miss you all & a beautiful city, HZ.

Second time staying at this hotel. Even though the location is great and close to restaurants and west location, but the room is bit dirty that there are visible stains on the carpet.

This hotel was overall an amazing experience! The staff were so helpful and welcoming right from check in. The room was a great size, we got the two bed size. The room did not smell bad, and there were plenty of amenities offered for whatever we needed. A really nice touch was that there was real tea offered and a real tea set to serve it with, which is very fitting considering the name of the hotel! Breakfast was great each morning and was very yummy with a good selection. And the location - it is super accessible and puts you right in the middle of the west lake area, with endless things to do. Overall an awesome experience!

It's great. It's suitable for business travel. The three kinds of tea provided in the room are also very good.

The room was clean and tidy. The service staff also upgraded the garden room for free, gave us free fruits, and the large bathtub in the room was amazing. Very close to the botanical garden and easy to walk. The hotel restaurant has good service and delicious food.

The location of the hotel is superior and the transportation is convenient. It also provides free parking. The hotel facilities are quite complete and the decoration is relatively new. The room is clean and tidy and not noisy. It is very comfortable to live in. Pan Xiangying at the front desk is very enthusiastic and proactive. The breakfast is good and there are many varieties. Personally, I think the price/performance ratio is quite high. I will stay here next time I go out to play

The room is as shown in the pictures, simple, spacious and clean. The soundproofing of the room is very good, and parking at the hotel is also very convenient. The breakfast is rich and the terrace has a beautiful view. The first meal I had in West Lake was at the restaurant on the first floor of the hotel (see picture below). It tasted good and the service was warm. If I come to Hangzhou again, I will consider staying in Tianlun.

The super large bed can be slept horizontally. It is also very convenient to get in and out. Yuquan Road is very beautiful. It is close to Zhejiang University and enjoys the happiness of Zhejiang University. A little further ahead is the Botanical Garden, a natural oxygen bar. After passing through the Botanical Garden, you will reach Yuemiao and the West Lake Scenic Area.

Facilities: The room is OK, the bed is very big, I slept well Service: The breakfast is too bad. The taste is average. The bread slices are out of stock despite the small variety. Only the toaster and jam can be seen. What the waiter means is that the bread is out and we have to wait for it. Can't breakfast meals be prepared in advance? Especially during the holidays, when the rooms are full, shouldn’t we stock up more in advance? ? ? And there are several waiters in the restaurant who just don’t know what they are doing! No service at all. But the service from the room lady and the restaurant on the first floor is very good! The lady in the guest room greeted me and told me where the breakfast was. I learned about the restaurant on the first floor from the introduction in the room. Hangzhou cuisine is delicious. The front desk should introduce it to guests when checking in. Will this drive business in the restaurant?
