The hotel is conveniently located next to the Line1 Metro station, which means very easy to travel.The room itself was very comfortable, clean and well equipped with a modern standard, the bathroom was really nice. Great breakfast for a good start in the day. The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful, particularly appreciate Zoey's service, catered to any requests I had! Great cost performance,I would definitely stay again.

made our stay worthwhile..everyone else seemed to be in a horrible mood throughout our stay. -Micheal made the cocktails so strong that they tasted horrible. -Breakfast is crap! The food wasn’t fresh. Garlic bread was as hard as a stone,the bacon tasted like it was cooked 3days ago and the kept reheating it.. 🤎everything else was perfect

During the Qingming Festival, I took my parents out for a trip and found a hotel close to home in Hangzhou. The hotel is next to Jinsha Lake Park. It is very new and the surrounding environment is particularly beautiful. The lobby is large and has many seats for chatting and drinking tea. The service staff are very enthusiastic. From the room, you can see the panoramic view of Jinshan Lake. When the weather is good, there are children playing with sand on the beach. The subway station is not far away, so it is convenient to travel. In addition, you can bring your pet, which is really friendly. Each bed in the twin room is 1.35 meters long and very comfortable. We brought our children and they also gave us a breakfast. Welcome fruit was also given.

The afternoon tea was nice and tasted good. It is a pet-friendly hotel, but dogs can only stay in their rooms, there is no activity area, and they cannot go to the restaurant. There is no food bowl for pets in the room, so you need to bring your own. Fortunately, there is a public lawn downstairs. Why doesn't such a good hotel have a smart toilet? And the TV cannot be projected. I was lazy and wanted to have dinner in the restaurant on the first day. I waited for 40 minutes and only got a salad and a mushroom soup. The fried chicken nuggets were still cold. Fortunately, I got a full refund, but the time and mood affected cannot be compensated. Overall, it's okay.
