房間很大，窗户看出去就是錢塘江，設備也很全面，有冰箱和洗衣機，就是被子有點小，兩個人睡覺搶被子，衞生也不錯

在世貿這邊住過很多酒店，何家是性價比最高的一家，我非常喜歡何家酒店，不僅在於他價格比跟他同層次的酒店實惠，而且設施還比其他酒店更完備。酒店老闆服務態度也特別好，之前有東西丟這了，過了三天還麻煩人家打掃衞生的阿姨給我遞過來的，非常感動●﹏● 放寒假了跑杭州這邊來玩，玩的好的前提必須是得睡得好！選何家酒店準沒錯的姐妹們
真的又乾淨，晚上睡覺又安靜，又舒服，已經來來回回住過四五次了

先説説好的，房間景觀還可以能看到錢塘江山景，隔音也還可以比較安靜，周邊購物超市比較便利。
但衞生狀況不太理想，被跳蚤咬了向商家反饋後，商家找各種理由推脱責任，之後就裝死不回覆任何消息了，其實我也沒提出過要任何補償啥的就是希望商家能重視並改善衞生狀況，可這種態度作為服務行業連個最起碼的禮貌道歉都沒有也是絕了！
