來玩西湖遇上台風，於是變成了傳説中的硬核逛西湖的遊客，當然大部分時間都是車遊覽，在西湖周邊算是性價比非常高的，我們定的特價房，所以心理準備房間很小，也想着會不會臟，實際衞生情況比我想象中好，在一個小山坡的民宿羣裏，旁邊有個小商業街有漢堡王星巴克便利店，佈局很緊湊帶着孩子晚上把床拼了下住的剛好，到虎跑周邊都打車還是很方便的，酒店對面就是一家早餐店，比較簡單，總之玩西湖住這裏性價比極高

酒店位於西湖景區內，性價比很高，環境好，衞生也很好，大堂美女客服的服務也很好，大廳有咖啡機和休閑書屋。酒店門口就有當地有名的外婆家，能吃到地道的杭幫菜，還有德克士，星巴克。出行向北距離蘇堤和雷峯塔都很近，不到兩公里，騎單車也就十幾分鍾。門口幾十米是杭州動物園。騎車去清坊街和御街大概半小時。價格也不高，連住三天，一次不錯的體驗，下次來再住。

特意加錢換成親子房，loft風格，裏面有小童獨立區，安裝了防撞墊，有玩具，小孩子很喜歡，酒店設施都很新很精緻，符合精選的品質。大廳的獨立休閑區，有自助咖啡機和直飲水。服務員接待很熱情温馨，有事都可以諮詢，也會主動問詢然後推薦介紹一些風景區，謝謝你們的熱情介紹，很棒。

寶藏酒店！！！超乎想象的驚喜！酒店可以免費停車，我們來得晚了，酒店人員帶我們去了合作的停車場，免費停車，親自帶去的！很近很近！酒店前台服務人員友好親切，態度熱情，客房阿姨打掃很認真，還多給了2瓶水。邊上的動物園值得一去，就在馬路對面，寶寶玩得很開心。值得一提的是，退房遺落了買的杭州龍井茶，酒店及時聯繫我們，還幫我們發了快遞，直接寄回家，真的很舒心，服務值得肯定！下次有機會我肯定還會住這家店！

非常非常不安全，我是晚飯後入住。窗户外面就是隔壁樓在裝修的廁所，間距極窄，一個人可以直接跨入房間。後來換了一間房，窗户幾乎被鎖死，下樓問，説是防止山體滑坡，我不是很相信，晚上也不敢睡，門口也有一些人在逗留的聲音。基本上沒睡，早上起來就發現窗户外面根本不是山，而是與隔壁樓相連，窗户外面是啤酒空罐和香煙頭。不知道給我安排房間的小哥是什麼心理，也有不靠樓棟的房間。是不是看一個小姑娘自己住好欺負，一晚上沒睡，可以説。這家店的服務到安保基本都可以打零分
