The front desk service is quite good—they explained everything clearly and provided helpful information. Although the hotel’s location is a bit tricky to find, it’s within walking distance of Train Street and offers easy access to the night market in the Old Quarter. The hotel doesn't provide a universal adapter, so you may need to purchase one from outside.

We stayed at Skyline Hotel during our business trip, and it turned out to be a perfect choice. The hotel is located right in the Old Quarter, close to everything — restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and money exchange places. The hotel itself can also help with currency exchange and arranging tours, which was very convenient for us.
The staff are young but incredibly helpful and friendly. They took care of us like family, helped us book transportation to meet our partners without any hesitation, and always checked in to make sure we were comfortable. I believe some of them can even speak Chinese, which was impressive.
Our room was clean, cozy, and warm — perfect for Hanoi’s weather during this time. Breakfast was served in another building, but the selection was quite varied and enjoyable.
Overall, our business trip went smoothly thanks to Skyline Hotel and its lovely team. We truly appreciate their hospitality and will definitely come back in the near future.

I had a wonderful stay at Skyline Hotel Hanoi. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the Old Quarter, within walking distance to great restaurants, cafés, and the night market. The room was not very large but extremely clean, cozy, and well-prepared.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They gave me great local tips, helped arrange transportation, and even assisted with booking a tour to Ha Long Bay. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options served in a pleasant, comfortable setting.
Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at Skyline Hotel Hanoi and would definitely come back the next time I visit Hanoi.
