Stayed here for a few nights, close to main tourist areas. Not too loud, considering it's Hanoi, just hear those church bells. The room had what I needed, and they regularly cleaned the room. They let me stay in the same room longer after my booking, which was appreciated. They have free baggage storage, which was useful and always had plenty of free water for those hot days. The staff are friendly and helpful. The elevator is small, but that's a normal thing for those areas. Great stay and would stay again.

"The hotel is in the Old Quarter. It's next to Saint Joseph Cathedral. I like this hotel because it is clean. It has an elevator and a 24 - hour front desk service. The staff are friendly. They change your towels every day and clean your room, but they won't touch your stuff.

Well located - you can access to anything you need. Very friendly stafd. The second room I was offered was way better - bigger than the first room. I definitely recommend it !!!

I would rate it a 4 out of 5 hotel. The staff and owners were all kind and polite, and the location was very central—you can literally buy anything you need nearby. However, the walls were quite thin, and you could clearly hear noises from the other rooms, even when someone flushed the toilet. Also, there were some drunk guests (I guess) knocking on our window in the middle of the night, which was a bit scary for me.
Overall, it was a good place to stay and worth the money.
