Hanoi Exclusive Hotel Reviews

The hotel was average and the location was not far from the few places of interest in Hanoi. What I disliked about this hotel was the morning shift guy (21/11) being dishonest. The morning breakfast should be at VND80k but instead he quoted me VND100k and when I showed him the pricing quoted on Trip.com, he turned his word saying that this is the new price. In the end, I was in no mood for it and decided to have my bf out of the hotel instead. Being dishonest is a big NO for me and especially treating your own hotel customers. I won't be returning to this hotel again for sure.

I really like the location. You can get everything you want＞ restaurants, cafes and supermarket by foot. Especially, the breakfast there is full of fruits and were prepared very beautiful. Thank you lovely staffs. I'll come here again for sure. See you:) Highly recommend!!!

This place was lovely! The room was fantastic and the hotel was much better quality than other hotels in Hanoi at a similar price. My favourite part of our stay here was the people! Really kind and friendly and very helpful - thank you for having and see you soon!

The location is very good, very central, The hotel staff is very attentive and friendly, and the price is very affordable. It is an ideal hotel for visiting the center of Hanoi. It is worth recommending and will stay again.

I made a reservation and went to a hotel next to me saying that I was a group guest, so I went to a hotel that was half price than the hotel we had booked and canceled it. Trip.com introduced me to other places and said that I was rewarded.

Value for money Special facilities are clean and clean, the owner is friendly and well-maintained, and the hotel has many nearby restaurants.

Second time staying at Hanoi Exclusive Hotel. Very pleasant stay. The owner, Michael Hake organised a very lovely trip for us. He took us around and shares insightful information on the places we visited. He’s very accommodating and sincere. Now, we are planning another trip to visit Ha Giang Loop with him. Do engage him if you’re looking for a tour in Hanoi. He’s such an amazing guy!! Thank you Michael Hake for making our trip so sweet and memorable.
