Good location and design

Clean room and close to shops.I dont have much to complain about.Overall,my stay is great.

Hotel is nearby walking distance from the hanoi railway station. Overall beeakfast and amenities of the hotel were nice. Do not rent motorbike with the hotel as the guy who will bring the motorbike will try to give you malfunctioned motorbike.

Excellent hôtel. Friendly staff and will definitely stay here again when I visit Vietnam in the future.

Really old hotel. Disappointed because it looks nothing like the pictures

Hotel is quite new, quite clean. There are a few issues. When I just check in hotel manager told me to pay extra 100,000 VND, I ask why. She said there was a glitch on computer and the price listed was mistake, should be higher. I said if the price listed was wrong it was their problems because I had already paid, besides other hotels booking apps also showed the same price. She said you can check in now, but when come back at 2 pm when room was ready then pay extra. I said no. You have to deal with hotel booking app agency, not me. 2nd problems, as almost all hotels in Vietnam have, fake and .is leading photos, showing rooms have windows , but not quite real windows. At night when light turn off, can not see a thing and is in completely darkness can not even see your own fingers in front. Breakfast is too simple. I asked to change room with window like what show on web site, I was told not available any more, but on web site it shows still available. Manager, then show me the room in front which has real window, and asked for $1,800,000 VND/ night pay directly to hotel. What a big joke. He then show me his other hotel opposite at over prices rates too for poor conditions hotel.

The room is large, well-lit and clean. But the bathroom is cramped, there is no place to put things near the basin, and the water flow in the bathroom is small. The hotel is in a good location, surrounded by many restaurants and cafes, and it is also convenient to take a taxi. It takes less than half an hour to walk to the old town. The front desk service is warm. The breakfast is simple and there are not many choices, but there are many places to eat nearby, so you can go out to eat directly. The overall cost performance is very high

Small hotel 10 minutes walk from the lake. The hotel staff has very nice staff who helped me book a transfer to the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel is good, you won't go hungry! If we talk specifically about this type of room, then it’s worth noting right away that the room is dark. A small window rests against the wall. Turning off the lights during the day means remaining in complete darkness. My wishes include improving the quality of cleaning (a few hours before departure, when I was checking personal belongings, I found someone’s T-shirt behind the chest of drawers) and updating electrical appliances (the kettle periodically shorted out and did not boil the water); If you are planning a couple of active days in Hanoi, I advise you to consider this hotel as an option :)

A group of more than a dozen of us came to Hanoi to travel. I booked this hotel through my own research. Overall, it’s not bad. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. There is a large shopping mall nearby, and there is a large supermarket above. You can get the necessary items there. Go buy it! The price of the hotel is still okay!

The hotel is in a good location. I met many Chinese people. The front desk service is very good and it is relatively safe. The room is large and clean. It is also very close to the attractions, so it is convenient to show up.

The room is decorated comfortably and upscale, clean and hygienic, the breakfast is delicious, the front desk staff is warm and thoughtful, I will come again next time.

First of all, I would like to thank the boss for allowing me to contact me via email after the order showed that it could not be changed, and allowed me to postpone my check-in for one day. The room I booked had a window. When I arrived at the hotel, I found that it was an inner window and the window was a patio. It turned out that only the city view room had a normal window. Although the inner window had little ventilation, I slept quite quietly. The breakfast was quite rich and the air conditioning was very powerful. The front desk was very welcoming and could help us call a taxi and hot-pack the spring rolls we brought back. The hotel is about a 30-minute walk from Hoan Kiem Lake. However, in terms of hotel facilities, this hotel should be considered a 3 star instead of a 4 star.

The breakfast was prepared carelessly and with little choice. The receptionists were more busy with cell phones than taking care of customers. Otherwise everything is good.
