My stay in this hotel was incredible. The staff was professional, genuine friendly, knowledgeable. Their attention to detail was outstanding. I booked initially for two nights but it felt so good that I decided to extend my stay. Breakfast was excellent western and local cuisine. If you heading out to Hanoi definitely this is your best option.

Mixed experience with this hotel. First the good things: the location is great, right in between old town and central government buildings, museums etc., the staff are helpful and friendly, there’s a nice bar on the rooftop and a lovely spa too, there’s even a guide of some good restaurants nearby.
The not so good: the room we were given had one tiny window (unlike the room pictures on Trip.com) and felt very dark, so we chose to downgrade ourselves to a smaller room with windows on two sides for more light. The walls of the rooms were thin, so we were kept up very late by chatter next door one night then woken up by a screaming child early next morning - not the hotel’s fault, but to be aware. The rooms weren’t that clean (hair hanging off the shower head etc). We were also ridiculously overcharged for a room service item, the staff were very nice and removed it from the bill when we queried, and offered us free breakfast to make up for it, but the breakfast was distinctly not as good (less variety, less fresh, Vietnamese coffee charged extra) as the one we’d had at a similarly priced Saigon hotel the previous days.

We booked a cheaper room and were given a free upgrade upon arrival. We were also given drinks vouchers for the bar upstairs which made us feel welcome. When we arrived, staff members came out to the taxi to help us with our belongings and carried the prams up the little steps at the entrance of the hotel which was incredibly kind. We handed our passports over and were given a refreshing beverage each while we sat in the lounge waiting on check-in. They let us check in very early as they had a room available for us which we were thankful for after a long flight with two babies. The pool is small but lovely. The room was great and had a tiny balcony for people-watching. The hotel itself is a 5 minute walk from train street and therefore an excellent location for visiting Hanoi. Staff members were unbelievably helpful when we asked for information or needed a taxi. 10/10, would recommend.

From arrival till departure such a delight. I loved the breakfast and special touches. Location perfect..service warm and wonderful. I can't wait to return. The staff really deserves a huge pat on the back ❤️

Nice hotel but cleanliness should be improved!
Staff's reaction was ok upon making remarks, but could be slightly more generous.
Staff were very kind in recommending places to visit and to help me getting around.
In general, great experience.
