The hotel is tucked away in an alley, so cars can't drive right up to it. Although there's an elevator, you still have to climb about 5-6 steps to get to the room. The best part is its super close proximity to the cathedral, just a 2-minute walk! In the evenings, the alley fills with people eating, maybe having BBQ? It's lively but not noisy at all.

#1 Price: I have stayed in many locations in old town because I like to move around and experience different settings. At this price point; this hotel by far (after 3 different hotels) is the best choice for your hard earned money. Location: Excellent; 25 seconds walk from lake and close to all the attractions of old town. Really doesn’t get any better than this. Room: Everything works. -Large New smart TV with Netflix and YouTube -Fast WiFi/internet (can remote work) -(High ceiling and spacious) (I’m 5’8 ;see photos for reference) Many hotels around the area cut corners and make their rooms small and ceilings low to save space which can make you feel claustrophobic after a day or two. “Very important after a day out in old town with all the tight spaces / crowds and chaos.” -(Barely any street noise inside room; I’m sensitive to noise and slept like a baby) -Room cleaned everyday by staff. +Bonus points for the versatile lighting inside room; 8 different switches for different lighting options. ((Hotel Staff)) Available 24 hours Young and eager to help; very knowledgeable speaking many different languages and knows the town very well. (Don’t underestimate these young men and women.) I have never seen such hard working young individuals who have no other intention but to help you have the best stay at this establishment. (Special shout out) to “Denny” who ran out in the pouring rain to help me find my car ride to the airport because we were running late. Conclusion; Stop wasting time reading this review and book this hotel before the rooms are all taken; I was lucky to find a room since they’re mostly always booked.

Stayed here for a few nights, close to main tourist areas. Not too loud, considering it's Hanoi, just hear those church bells. The room had what I needed, and they regularly cleaned the room. They let me stay in the same room longer after my booking, which was appreciated. They have free baggage storage, which was useful and always had plenty of free water for those hot days. The staff are friendly and helpful. The elevator is small, but that's a normal thing for those areas. Great stay and would stay again.

came in really late from the airport due to flight delay and the reception was thankfully still around to help us check-in. the room itself is nothing much, decent bed but the toilet is a little dirty and the hot water is not very stable, turning burning hot every time i turn it on.

The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to almost everything — restaurants, markets, and major attractions. The staff were always smiling, friendly, and eager to help with anything we needed. Our requests were handled quickly and efficiently, which we really appreciated. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was well-maintained, with good water pressure and consistent hot water in the shower. Breakfast was simple but satisfying — enough to start the day well. Aside from a few minor issues, everything went smoothly. We were generally happy with our stay and would recommend this hotel to other travelers looking for a convenient and friendly place in the city center.

The location is great; the famous Dong Xuan Market is right outside, and a bar street and night market are just a hundred meters away. Hoan Kiem Lake, the church, and the train street are all within walking distance. The only downside was that we didn't get any more bottled water during our three-day stay. The room was quite new, but I don't know why there were ants, and the local ants crawled very fast! Luckily, I wasn't bitten. A friendly reminder: don't buy fruit from the stalls across from the hotel. They rip you off outrageously! I bought four wax apples and six small tangerines, and they charged me 150,000 VND for weighing them together. I don't know if tangerines were more expensive or wax apples were cheaper. I argued for a long time that I wanted them weighed separately, but they didn't understand, and I paid. It's difficult to communicate abroad, even though I knew I was being overcharged!

The hotel is located in the old town, tucked away in a small alley. We initially went to the wrong place, but a local guided us there. Because it's in a residential area, it was a bit noisy. The rooms were quite small, but it's very convenient for visiting major attractions: the cathedral, the train station, and Hoan Kiem Lake are all within walking distance. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helping us with our luggage all the way to our car.

Service was excellent and the massage was to die for! Location was great with many things within walking distance. Cleanliness was good - they don’t mention this during check-in but due to sustainability goals they don’t change sheets or towels unless you ask them to so just be wary of that.

I just stayed here yesterday, entering the lobby with a soothing smell, making me feel very comfortable... the room is simple, complete, with an elevator... The TV can watch the right channel, can't adjust... At night our toilet was broken, went to the toilet it was flowing into the room, smelled bad... in the morning we told the reception to handle it, but waited for a long time... we were lying in there to breathe, then decided to check out early... then you have offer to change rooms for me... service I find you enthusiastic, friendly, fun... breakfast is small but also full choice.... Hope the hotel will fix the problem...
