位置挺好的，離中央大街和紅專早市蠻近的，但是被子沒有洗乾淨，上面還有臟東西，衞生間馬桶套上一人租客走了以後，打掃衞生也沒有給扔掉，上面還有毛髮.也沒有正規的浴巾和一次性洗漱用品，如果要求經濟實惠還好，要求高一點不建議入住.

房屋的位置離紅磚街和中央大街非常近，邊上就是過江索道，樓下的大紅梅餐廳也是當地有排名的回民餐廳，如果紅磚街的回民餐廳排不上可以在樓下吃非常方便，房東十分可愛可親，能體驗到當地人的生活感覺，非常好的居住體驗

建議把床品換了，有股好多年前的味道，床頭抱枕壞了還用別針別的，把我手都扎出血了

入住的體驗感特別好！很温馨，有家的感覺，在哈爾濱中心地段，離地鐵站比較近，去中央大街、聖·索菲亞教堂和松花江邊特別近，步行就可以到達。

位置無敵了，東五百米中央大街，西五百米地鐵站，南四百米紅專街早市，北五百米斯大林公園松花江索道。去道里菜市場和索菲亞教堂坐公交車四站就到。
雖然是老小區，但屋裡收拾的非常乾淨，小卧室電視，大卧室投影，進門放了酒精噴壺，有衣掛，換鞋凳，細節考慮很周到。暖氣很足，室温二十三四度。衞生間也收拾的很乾凈，無異味。
樓下就有超市，附近有很多大大小小的餐館，著名的山河屯鐵鍋燉，俄餐，燒烤，麪館，火鍋等。樓下的砂鍋居價格簡直是驚掉下巴，而且量很足，味道也很好，推薦。
房東人很好很熱心，回覆也很及時。

房間大爺打掃得很乾凈。地理位置相當優越，在友誼宮的對面，高誼街上，距離紅專早市，中央大街，過江索道都不足1000米，均可步行到達。
