這家民宿太讚了！房間乾淨整潔，佈置得特別温馨，像回家一樣舒服。房東人超nice，提前貼心告知路線和入住注意事項。唯一不足之處就是地下停車場不太方便進進出出（車位比較窄，大型越野車不太好停），不過老闆提供了一次免費停的機會也算不錯了。

衞生乾淨，有專門的人員打掃，可供選擇的風格和房型很多，設施完備，周圍吃飯的地方多。打車到太陽島，中央大街，哈西，學府路都不遠，正好在這幾個地方中間。距離兩邊很近，距離陽明灘大橋和公路大橋近。

是高端公寓樓的頂層所以都是LOFT，老闆打理的很用心，房間乾淨，用品齊全，每天還有房嫂打掃。住了一週，非常滿意。距離中央大街冰雪世界哈工大都十塊出頭的打車費，鬧中取靜。老闆人很好，周到熱情，這個價位的酒店民宿真是超值了👍👍

設施：雙衞，智能馬桶，電動窗簾，投影很大
缺點：①一個晾東西的地方都沒有，掛鈎沒有，毛巾浴巾架沒有，東西沒處放②床頭沒有燈的開關，很不方便
衞生：很乾凈，進門的時候到處又擦了一遍，沒有灰
環境：離地鐵站800米，尤其最近哈爾濱悶熱濕潮，走過去很遠，公交更方便一些。民宿在小區裡邊，樓梯間很熱，等電梯的時候很煎熬。另外就是隔音效果一般，半夜一兩點鐘隔壁精神少年少女大喊大叫難以入睡
服務：客服響應很及時，態度很好

在臨近畢業之際，和三個朋友一起度過在哈爾濱的最後幾天，這套房子很划算，有問題給老闆反饋也比較準時，儘可能的處理解決問題，空間沒得談四個人住的很輕鬆舒適，環境也不錯，21樓景色也不錯，設施也是應有盡有，唯一不足的就是有些非死角的地方有一些灰塵，不過這個是小問題，房間很大有些小地方沒有注意到也很正常😇
