原本以為旅遊旺季人多住宿會很貴 但是來到他家你真的會顛覆這個想法 不止價格非常合理 而且房間超級大 窗户是對着小區裏面的 很安靜 住着很舒服 民宿下樓周邊的美食很全面 基本什麼吃的都有 地理位置也挺好 周邊的大雪人啊 中央大街 還有索菲亞教堂都離得挺近而且有地鐵 去冰雪大世界也很方便 最最主要就是他家服務真的很好 老闆有求必應 非常驚喜這次住的真的很滿意 老闆還送了冰箱貼和小禮物 好評👍

房間打掃的很乾凈，暖氣足，空間大，服務也很到位，離三號線地鐵大概七八分鐘的距離，去哪都很方便，附近很多飯店，鐵鍋燉小燒烤，味道也都不錯

房間面積大，住着挺舒服的，乾淨，二樓，樓層不高，主要是下樓吃東西方便，700米內都是飯店，附近都是小吃，燒烤火鍋應有盡有，味道也不錯。離中央大街還有冰雪大世界，哈爾濱音樂長廊大雪人都很近，打車10塊錢左右，過階段來朋友還得領着來這，經濟也實惠。

帶孩子住的，公寓乾淨衞生，交通方便，打車到哪裡都很近，老闆很熱情，有什麼問題都能馬上處理，想吃好吃的可以問老闆推薦的東西很好吃！😋

老闆非常好 我們的房間沒有淋浴還會免費升房😭我是一個特別怕麻煩的人 一般不會寫評論的 但是這家店的老闆真的很照顧我們 可以説大事小事都處理的很好 房間也很大很乾凈很漂亮 不誇張的説是這個價位裏面最好的公寓了 這幾天在哈爾濱住的非常舒服多虧了老闆的暖心照顧 讓我對東北大哥的印象上升了好幾分 真的很感激 走的太匆忙沒有拍照片 但是大家一定要相信我😭😭😭
