無按金，在6樓，衹有樓梯，衞生間還算乾淨，Wi-Fi還可以，雖然隔音一般，但不影響睡覺休息，基本都是一覺到天亮（感覺像當初疫情隔離房改出來的，因為有跡象可循，但也挺好，算二次利用，沒有浪費公共資源，裏面有長租客）
