房間挺大的，離中央大街很近，逛街什麼的很方便，酒店是老式酒店，每天都有衞生打掃，其他的都挺滿意的，就是熱水器實在是不熱，衹能説是温水，聯繫過酒店人員，但衹是讓多放放水，住了四天，一直沒有解決。

房價看起來每次查都不一樣，房間怎麼説呢，如果衹是休息一晚，沒太高要求還湊合，如果有要求的話可能達不到。我本來需要住兩晚的，但晚上就抓緊定了另外一家。

房間設施大同小異，基本和別的酒店一樣衹是洗手池子吹彈可破，搖搖欲墜，馬桶也不通暢，時好時壞

地點交通方便，左鄰中央大街，上的馬迪爾冰棍，防洪紀念塔，江面上的冰雪大世界玩的開心，右鄰兆麟公園，索菲亞大教堂

真的是不敢恭維此店：出電梯就是刺鼻的黴味，室內空調漏水，床上用品潮潮的，地面散落不少的毛髮，停水居然是一天到至連不敢使用馬桶。

環境一般，老區都這樣。但是服務很好，位置絕佳，離中央大街非常近，兆麟公園很近，出行方便。特別感謝3樓服務人員，孩子的東西拉賓館了，給郵寄回來了，給點贊。冬天還會再來

一般，畢竟是老賓館，隔音效果一般，隔壁説話也聽得見，設施不新，屋裡窗户也很小，離地鐵站遠點，離中央大街和防洪紀念塔很近，出門就是兆麟公園，總之一般

隔音不太好，但是地理位置優越，價錢便宜。廁所離床比較近，衞生間很乾凈沒味道，床旁邊有個小窗户陽光也能透進來，總體來講蠻好的。

太差了 沒有優點 房間裏有異味 洗手間毛巾架是臟的 床品的被套都破了 床墊陷進去 小褥子也是如圖所示的發黃 就連衞生紙都薄的像紗布一樣 真的是長見識了 真的是肉眼可見的噁心 本來定了兩晚 第二天就搬走了 錢就當花錢買教訓了 也不能退 真的真的真的太差 小縣城的旅館也不過如此
