房間格局還不錯，和圖片一樣。就是訂的無窗，房間內空調壞了不能用，很悶，電視也壞了打不開，房內燈光很暗，毛巾浴巾用了很久的，硬硬的，且不是很乾凈，馬桶反味很嚴重，衞生間衹有剩的小半捲紙巾，沒有新的紙巾。辦理入住後房卡刷不開房門，又去樓下，大叔換了張卡給我們帶上去的，大叔態度非常好。入住要交100塊錢按金（現在很少有酒店入住要收按金的了，但是既然住了就遵守人家的規矩）説是退房時加一個微信，檢查後再退按金（這確實也是常規操作）按金轉過去後，我已經給店家説了轉完了，她也應了，過了一會前台又説“怎麼沒有聽到轉賬的聲音呢？然後就開始翻自己的微信一直找找找，，，難道我還能假裝轉按金不成？？？在前台登記完畢入住後，又接到了前台的電話，問我入住了沒有，真的無語住了。同時第二天退房，我不理解的問題出現了！！！按金是我交的，因為我出去考試了，我媽媽退房按要求加了店家微信，卻被店家告知一定要發給他們“入住時轉按金的截圖”沒有截圖不給退。。。入住時難道不交按金店家能同意我們入住嗎？非要看截圖的目的是什麼？不就是故意為難人嗎？確實是我見識少了，沒見過退房時這麼麻煩的，我也知道我沒花那麼多錢，不可能享受到什麼高端的服務和衞生，但我覺得這連一般的店都比不上，以後真的不會再去住了。PS.其實店家和前台兩個人態度還算挺好的，就是這個退按金問題真的很繁瑣且無意義，希望店家改善一下。

酒店有點老，很多東西也沒有翻新
雖然床上用品有洗乾淨，但是還是有點膈應
就這個價格來説的話沒什麼好抱怨的
過夜足夠了
