First off, the service was great. They were so helpful and friendly. They even helped bring up out ******* order up to own room. Can't say enough nice things. If was was going to the convention center, I would 100 percent stay here again. However, its a little far from the ice festival and downtown. Not great when it's super cold out.

The environment is really good. It is across the street from the Convention and Exhibition Center. The transportation is convenient. The hygiene is clean and tidy, and the toiletries are complete. The details are well done! The bedding is fresh white, and it is changed for each guest, so you can sleep safely and comfortably. I especially praise the shampoo. After washing your hair, it is super smooth and the fragrance is also good. The store owner is warm and thoughtful. He patiently answers questions from check-in to check-out, and is as kind as a friend. The location is quiet but the transportation is convenient. The cost-effectiveness is super high.
