房間很大，南北通透，很通風，很乾凈。衞生間乾濕隔離，洗澡水很大，水温穩定。客廳裏的按摩椅長者用了説不錯。卧室的床不硬也不軟，非常舒適。
房子在三樓，沒有電梯，入住的時候小哥幫忙拿行李，很熱情。
有單獨的飯廳，有冰箱和電磁爐，還有鍋碗，做飯吃飯小區對面很近就是中央大街，索菲亞大教堂走路10分鐘。晚上走路大約30分鐘到松花江邊斯大林公園遛彎很舒服。

這裏離中央大街和索菲亞大教堂都非常近，位置超好，離紅磚早市步行十分鐘左右，房子非常大，也很乾凈，廁所乾濕分離非常贊，卧室和陽台光照很好，住的非常舒服，還有麻將桌和按摩椅，值得推薦。

除了三樓其他都很OK，老闆會找人幫忙提行李，帶着孩子和長者出門。三個房間非常有性價比，關鍵是很大，休息的時候很舒服，
三個房間都有空調，老闆很nice。 因為走路累，回來洗漱後按摩椅兩個孩子和長者排隊用。
去索菲亞走一段路就到了，附近有早市，吃喝比較方便。

出門不到100米就是中央大街，中央大街到頭就是松花江，坐船可以到太陽島，甚是方便呢。不到600米索菲亞教堂。東北虎林園，哈工大航天館，博物館打車不到20左右。對於我們想去的地方，已經非常好了！對於我們怕熱的來説，客廳如果在裝個空調那就更好了，不過現在也已經很好了！有機會下次再去，也會推給朋友！我們晚退房30分鐘，老闆真的沒得説，非常痛快的就同意了，超讚👍🏻

超值！房間巨大，每個卧室也很寬敞，收拾的很乾凈，小區出門就是中央大街的起點，交通也很方便，紅專街早市出門走走就能到，房東很熱情，非常滿意。
