房間和酒店設計的還可以，其他的都很差。上樓需要前台幫你叫電梯，自己的房卡用不了。前台服務態度很差，沒有任何服務可言。房間裏的毛巾全部開線也不換一下。
如果酒店在200塊以內還是有性價比的，但是接近500一晚的房價哈爾濱任何一家酒店都比他們有性價比。

離地鐵站和遠大購物中心非常近
附近還有好多電影院

看了很多人的評價覺得應該還不錯，來了以後發現，確實很有設計感，是個很有品味的酒店，整體風格比較温馨，給人一種很舒適的感覺。酒店的拖鞋是我用過最舒服的酒店拖鞋，沒有之一！早餐雖然不是那麼豪華，但也是中式西式都有，葷素搭配合理，吃起來也讓人舒服！酒店的服務人員也很專業，能感受到他們的主動服務性 很有賓至如歸的感覺 酒店的硬件設施和軟件設施都很好，洗頭水沐浴露這些都是相當不錯。還有產品也很好，床墊的軟硬程度相當合適，總之 非常滿意的一次入住體驗 ！

整體感覺很一般，很不推薦。
酒店大堂在19樓，坐一樓電梯如果沒有房卡或者沒人在19樓給你按電梯是沒法停19樓的，真的無語。
房間設施尚可，房間温度適中，不會很熱。
衞生整體尚可，但衞生打掃明顯沒有規範流程或者沒按規範流程進行，浴室下水塞了明顯易見的頭髮影響下水，但為衞生打掃竟然沒打掃。房間桌子是粗條紋實木，材質本來還可以，但之前留下了葯膏，很明顯的葯味，也沒有進行清潔；打電話給前台，服務態度雖然很好，但是卻解決不了。
早餐是盒裝的，較豐富。

他這個酒店衹是在一棟商務公寓中的兩層吧，所以電梯很擁擠，而且極不方便。跟整棟商務大廈共用衹有兩部電梯，可想而知！基本也沒有其他酒店所應有的一些設施，而且早餐就幾個速凍餃子。
