I originally hoped to leave a good memory of my trip to Harbin, but the huge difference between the buyer's show and the seller's show made me very disappointed! The room was poorly maintained and the hardware facilities were old and dilapidated: there were many cracks on the wall, and the wallpaper was even fixed with sealing tape; the floor was uneven and creaked when walking; the doors and windows were simple, and a gust of wind outside could blow down the entire mosquito net window and hit the sofa, fortunately no one was sitting on the sofa; the cabinets were in disrepair for a long time, and the sanitary ware in the bathroom was also simple facilities from the 1970s, and there were too many kinds of dilapidation to mention... How can it be called a 4-star hotel? How can it be a well-known brand representing the image of the city? How can it be worthy of a long historical background? Many cities in the country have historical old building hotels, many of which are well maintained, and tourists are also willing to experience the charm of old buildings at a higher price. I hope Madiel Hotel will learn from the experience of its peers, otherwise there will be no repeat customers.

Environment: Central location, convenient for travel. Service: First-class service, standard standards. Breakfast: Rich variety, quality assurance. Others: If you like nostalgia, it is recommended to stay.

The store is big and bullies customers, so it is a century-old store. Because there are 6 people in my family, but not all of them are married, when I booked it, I saw that the 3-person room had a partition wall, and there were no so many standard rooms, so I chose to book 2 3-person rooms, and booked it 20 days in advance. But when I arrived at the store, the front desk said that only one room with a partition wall could be vacated, and the other one did not. But I said that there was a wall in your picture introduction. The front desk said you can look at the back to see if there is one. Why don’t you put the photos without a wall in a prominent position? False propaganda aside. The clerk said: You can cancel the room. What is this saying? We booked the room 20 days in advance and have arrived in Harbin. Where to stay after canceling? Does this sound like what a regular hotel front desk should say? The staff at other bars were the same. No one answered any of the three questions. It was really a weird hotel. Finally, I called Ctrip to complain. A girl from Ctrip’s staff had a very good attitude. Contacting the hotel was fruitless. Finally, Ctrip compensated it in the form of a 10% discount and coupons. It must be a big platform with some guarantees.

Very good hotel, strict management, and rich historical heritage. Fresh flowers are placed in the room every day, and the service and dishes of the Chinese restaurant on the third floor are excellent. The only reason for not giving full marks: the order service of the Western restaurant on the first floor is too perfunctory.

Very unique, being able to stay in a room where celebrities have lived is one of the biggest selling points. It is close to the subway and the Hagia Sophia, and is a good hotel for travel photography. The facilities are not new, but it does not affect the experience. We upgraded to the celebrity room and felt the strong sense of age and history. We felt that the century-old hotel had made the greatest efforts to give guests a better experience. The service attitudes of the front desk, guest rooms and restaurants were all very good. I couldn't find my sunglasses after checking out because of my reasons (I wasn't sure where I dropped them). I contacted the staff with the mentality of giving it a try. The staff helped me look for them for a long time and even lifted the mattress but couldn't find them. I was very touched! I forgot to issue the invoice and I contacted the staff to help me make up for it. I was really a trouble to the staff of Madiel because I was so stupid. I especially thank Wang Yongmin.
