We stayed on the tenth floor and the water didn't come at all. The water flow was so small that it was difficult to wash our hands. Mom went to take a bath first and took a semi-cold bath. I thought it would warm up after leaving it for a while, but the hot water didn't come at all. After asking, I found out that the water pipes were frozen and there was no warning when I checked in. 2. I can’t watch the TV. I just want to watch the TV but I can’t even listen to it. It always shows me watching for 6 minutes and 20 seconds, and then it cuts off. You only deserve 6 minutes and 20 seconds. If your hotel can't get the internet connection, just connect it to the most common one. Until now, it's nothing..... 3. There is no refrigerator. It is called a four-star hotel but there is no refrigerator. I want to put a Yakult, but I can't. There is no such device. 4. It was said that there was floor heating. After we entered, we felt that the room was very cold. After asking the front desk, we found out that the floor heating was not very warm. I felt that there was no floor heating at all. The front desk told me that the air conditioner could be turned on. The air conditioner is ok. 5. I used Ctrip points to upgrade to the 10th floor. In the room I stayed in on the 10th floor for the first night, the quilt was yellow and covered with dots of black dots. No photos taken, forget it. On the second night, they moved me to the second floor at my strong request. Although the room was a bit smaller, the quilt was white and the water was usable. The problems with air conditioning and TV are the same on the 2nd and 10th floors. Will not be returning.
