I brought my children from Beijing to travel to Northeast China. It is recommended to book a room with a view of polar bears! I stayed in an underwater room in Atlantis for 50,000 yuan, but it was only 1k here, hahaha! You can feed the polar bears during breakfast. I stayed with my children for 2 nights. We went to the Polar Museum during the day. The children were very happy, and the location was very good, and it was convenient to go anywhere. Service: Very friendly! There is no "process" of a big hotel, but there are more details. Hygiene: I was worried about this, but I found it very clean, and all the cleaning products were good! Facilities: The overall is relatively new, especially the child's crib, the little guys love it! Environment: Because it is a paradise, the children are very happy!

The room was great. You can watch polar bears in the room 24 hours a day. It's like living with them for a day. There are also various polar bear elements in the room. My baby likes it very much. The only drawback is that the polar bears get up early in the morning to clean up, and the cages make a little noise. However, the front desk said that it is a special wake-up service for polar bears. It is indeed the case when I think about it. It was a great experience

The package I bought is very cost-effective. You can enter and exit freely within 2 days. I have watched all the performances and my baby had a lot of fun. The parent-child room is suitable for a family of four, with bunk beds. If the child cannot sleep alone, I personally recommend a large bed with a high cost-effectiveness. The hotel staff has a very good attitude. When I come to my family in the off-season, I will also come to give a science lecture at 9.50. They are very patient with children's questions and requests. The room is not big, but the facilities are very complete. There are small toilet seats, disposable toilet mats, children's disposable toilet mats, baby bathrobes, slippers, toothbrushes and wash stools. The main purpose is to see polar bears, so the room experience is also very good. There is no smell. Dabao woke us up by smashing the iron door in the morning, which is really funny. I highly recommend you to come in the off-season. The price is beautiful and there are few people. The experience is very good. It's a pity that the staff has already fed Dabao when feeding, but Dabao didn't eat. But the staff will tell you in advance, and the experience will not be very high. The polar bear family meal included in the package is for use in the penguin restaurant in the polar pavilion. You can sit by the window and interact with the penguins. There are a lot of things that three people can't finish. The staff are very friendly.

I came to the Polar Bear Hotel with my 3-year-old child. The room was spacious and clean, the service was very good, and there were not many people in the off-season. However, I don't recommend going there on weekends because there were too many people in the polar museum. I couldn't get in even if I wanted to watch the show half an hour in advance in the morning. I could always see polar bears in the room, and the polar bears would turn off the lights when they went to sleep at night. There was a bunk bed in the room, and the child loved to climb back and forth. The breakfast was also very good! You can also see polar bears in the hotel restaurant. I was very satisfied. If the child wants to see polar bears next time, I will stay here again.
