Overall, everything was great, and the stay was very comfortable. The front desk staff, Xiao Tong and Xiao Chen, were both very helpful and kind. The only minor issue was a light on the desk that kept blinking; it was a bit disruptive to sleep, so I had to cover it with my bag.

I like it very much, very good. The service attitude is good and the environment is nice. Especially when I was injured, hemostatic patches and medicated cotton swabs were provided. Putting customers first, I will stay here again for the second time.

The overall environment was acceptable, but the room itself was too small. The mirror and clothes hangers were set at a height for tall people, yet the bed was quite small. The lighting design was poor, consisting entirely of spotlights that provided insufficient light, making it difficult to apply makeup (the large bathroom vanity had a mirror placed inconveniently far away). The most significant issue was a very strong woody incense smell that permeated the entire room. Even with the window open for ventilation, the smell lingered until bedtime, irritating my nose and throat (I even woke up with a slightly hoarse voice the next morning). On the upside, it was indeed quiet. Being located within an art gallery, the windows offered excellent soundproofing.

Close to the school, there are many convenience stores downstairs, it is very convenient to buy snacks, it is also close to the subway, it is convenient to travel, so I booked this one. After arriving, I found that the room was very clean, there were hangers, disposable items in addition to shower gel, shampoo samples, and disposable slippers were also prepared intimately. The landlord also helped to pick up takeaways, very warm.

The room is very clean and the transportation is convenient, not far from Metro Line 2. The boss is very enthusiastic, answer all questions, and the service is very intimate. The experience is very good, I will stay in Harbin next time!

The owners picked me up and took me back to the airport. They don't speak English but we managed with the translate app on Alipay and Google translate. Room was clean could possibly do with a TV and microwave. Just depends how much time you spend there. There was a rice cooker and electric fry pan to cook, spices and utensils were also provided. It's a bit of a walk to the metro but there are lots of interesting things to see and shops to visit on the way. The metro is line 2 so goes to many of the attractions, sun island, snow and ice world etc. My room was on the 4th floor and it was tiring as I have slight mobility issues but easy if you are fit. I enjoyed my stay and the hosts were lovely, and if I had any queries I was able to get help. Well worth the price.
