This stay exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I felt the meticulous attention to detail. The front desk handled check-in efficiently and professionally, and they even kindly upgraded my room. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate shower and bath, plenty of hot water, and the toiletries were of good quality. I especially want to praise the breakfast at the restaurant – there was a wide variety of Chinese and Western options, and the ingredients were fresh. They even gave me a small gift when checking out, which was a lovely touch. Excellent value for money, highly recommended!

This hotel, run by people from my hometown, is always my top choice when I'm on a business trip or traveling to Harbin. They told me it was built to Atour standards, and it's super clean with great soundproofing. But the best part is how comfortable the bed and pillows are – I always get a good night's sleep here.

Guo Hotel truly redefines comfort for me. From the hand sanitizer in the elevator to the humidifier and essential oil diffuser in the room, every detail shows thoughtful care. The lighting modes are user-friendly, and it's super convenient to control everything from the smart panel while lying in bed. The beef noodles for breakfast were a perfect match, and they even gave me a farewell gift when I checked out. This feeling of being treated like family definitely deserves high praise!

Service: Absolutely fantastic! They picked us up and dropped us off, helped with our luggage, and it was a private transfer just for us. The car was also very comfortable and spacious!!! Environment: The room was super big! The restaurant environment was also very nice and comfortable!! Cleanliness: The bathroom was spotless, and since we stayed a second night, it was cleaned very thoroughly! Facilities: The restaurant even has a fridge. We had leftover 'tieguo dun' (iron pot stew), and they stored it for us. When we wanted to heat it up, they enthusiastically microwaved it for us, even using the restaurant's ceramic plates! So grateful!! You absolutely must choose this restaurant!!! There's a subway station downstairs, making it super convenient to go anywhere. Downstairs is also a BBQ street with tons of food options! Next to it is Harbin West Station, and they dropped us off at the closest point to the station, which we really appreciated! It was a huge help as we were in a hurry~!!

Location: The hotel is close to major roads and dining areas, with convenient amenities nearby. It's easy to get around, whether on foot or by public transport. I wouldn't say it is easy to find since there isn't any sign of the hotel. I was sent there with didi and couldn't find any and went inside hotel there and found the place at level 20. I think they manage level 20 only. The room was clean and service was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Location just across wanda shopping mall, huge mall with a lot of foods at basement level. Best if they could have better sign outside, it would be easier for people to find the place in the cold weather. I would recommend to stay here though, cozy room and great service. 24 hours convenience store just below the hotel and food street just beside.

The location is excellent! It's right across the street from Wanda Plaza and very close to the subway. The front desk staff were incredibly nice and spoke so gently. We stayed for about four or five days, heading out in the mornings and only returning in the afternoons or evenings. Every night we came back, the cleaning staff had tidied up beautifully, thoughtfully made the bed, and even refilled the mini-fridge drinks.

I stayed here for two days on a business trip and it was very convenient for food, clothing, housing and transportation. This building is a hotel, and the elevator configuration is okay. The hotel's sound insulation is slightly lacking, the towels are a bit unhygienic, and there are other people's false eyelashes! There are a lot of places to eat, drink and have fun nearby!

My King Room stay was a fantastic surprise! The mattress had just the right firmness; I slept through the night without any back pain. The duvet cover and sheets were so clean they had a faint, fresh scent. Even leaning against the headboard to binge-watch shows before bed was super comfortable. I'll definitely pick this room again next time! The attention to hygiene was impeccable, right down to offering two different pillow heights. I woke up feeling completely refreshed and energized. Absolutely amazing value for money! The lady at the front desk, who was a bit taller and pleasantly plump, provided truly excellent service!
