Service: I received a greeting call on the morning of the check-in day. Whether passing by the front desk or the public area, the front desk staff and the housekeepers were very polite. The staff training was good👍 and they also gave me souvenirs. The hotels I stayed in Luoyang, Kaifeng and other places before also had souvenirs, but they were all a bit confusing😂 so I didn't take it seriously when I first received it. I was really surprised when I opened the room after entering it. There were candy refrigerator magnets, earplugs and hand cream, which was a big plus👍 Facilities: The decoration style in the room is very good, very simple and clean. What surprised me most was the soft stickers on the corners of the sink and bedside table. They considered the details. They provided a humidifier and a smart toilet. There were also disposable toilet mats in the bathroom. They were very thoughtful. Environment: It is near the commercial area, and it is very convenient for eating and shopping. There is also a school. If you come to take an exam, it is really close to choose here (breakfast is at the restaurant of Mou Feng on the 23rd floor. The dishes are good.

The room is very cozy, the heating is very good in winter, the decoration is also good, but it is a bit compact and small. Facilities: fairly new, but it feels like it is a modification of the Atour series Hygiene: not bad; Environment: close to Harbin Institute of Technology; Service: good service, breakfast is also OK. The bathroom should have a non-slip mat.

Very impressed with this hotel! Location is excellent, near the subway and bus stops. Also, very central. Rooms are very clean, and bed is super comfortable. The heater and aircon is working perfectly too. Shower water pressure is strong. Toilet is clean and is even heated. Big TV inside the room, no western channel but there's CGTN which is the only channel in English. Breakfast also superb for the price you pay for. Mostly vegetables and a few meat dishes. A lot of dishes to choose from! We booked months early and got a very good rate. They provide free bottled water, and you can even ask for extra in case you need more. Coffee is also free at the lobby. The lobby is not luxurious or big but its nice and warm. Friendly staff as well. Just not sure if they speak English. I highly recommend this hotel!

Given that this is a Jinjiang hotel and carries the 'deluxe' moniker, I figured it wouldn't be bad even if it calls itself a 'comfort' hotel. So I chose it. And it certainly lived up to expectations. The decor is a modern urban style with black, white, and gray tones, complemented by light gold metal fixtures and lake-blue-gray fabric upholstery. It has an English touch, a hint of understated luxury, truly fitting the 'deluxe' descriptor. The bedding was excellent – all-cotton twill sheets and duvet, and the towels were immaculately white. Toiletries were comprehensive, offering just what you need, without any superfluous items. Of course, to keep costs in check, there were no unnecessary extras: no in-room coffee or tea, and the slippers were purely for indoor use. However, they offer freshly ground coffee and a variety of self-serve specialty teas at breakfast, rendering in-room provisions largely unnecessary. But they did provide travel-sized mouthwash and body lotion. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

The hotel has a fantastic location, making everything easily accessible. Having traveled quite a bit, we really wanted to avoid the noisy areas near tourist spots that might disrupt our sleep. This hotel's location near Harbin Institute of Technology and not far from Central Street was perfect. Since we were traveling with kids, we didn't bother with the subway and relied entirely on taxis; it's about a 30-minute drive from the airport. Most importantly, it's close to both a morning market and a night market. The morning market is just two blocks away. While Red Brick Street has become incredibly crowded and expensive due to its popularity, the morning market near the hotel is frequented by locals. We even found the best-tasting milk there! While the usual Harbin breakfast recommendations were available, we weren't particularly impressed. Instead, we found great deals on fresh fruit. The Harbin Normal University Night Market is just a short stroll away; our little monsters loved the fried yogurt for two days straight, and there's a Datong Ice Room nearby where we had fantastic *bingfen* (ice jelly). There are plenty of dining options around the hotel. Overall, the location is superb, and it's relatively quiet at night, allowing us to get the best sleep during our trip. On one night, I even had over three hours of deep sleep! The hotel was spotless, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. If we visit Harbin again, we'll definitely stay here. This isn't a sponsored review; I genuinely recommend it to families traveling with children.

Who knows, the money making ability is really different. The hotel is not big in scale, but it is of high quality. Beautiful decoration and good smell are everywhere, although I don’t know which room is eating durian. The air conditioner only blows cold air and the window leaks were eerie, but the hotel quickly moved in an electric heater. When I checked out at 2pm, the whole world was storing my luggage. The brothers and sisters at the front desk are also very nice, and the cleaning lady is also very good at talking to people. The wet and dry areas of the bathroom have floor heating, which is better than most hotels, but the sink is actually outside the bathroom? Places like the stairwell are also very clean. But it seems that a few light bulbs are broken. The hair dryer is also better than many hotels. Especially the bedding is super soft and comfortable, but the memory pillow is a bit hard. After spending two days that were very exciting, this hotel, which has some shortcomings but its flaws are not hidden, made people know that there is a reason why rich people have stable emotions. After two days of experience, I returned to the 2*0.9 multi-person dormitory. In the future, when you have money, you will first choose Atour. I hope you can make yourselves a century-old restaurant. I would like to see what the breakfast for 48 people tastes like. that's all.

Harbin's first light residence 3.0, the location is excellent, and the surrounding food transportation is very convenient. The rooms are clean. The service staff is super polite. Because I arrived late, I went out to play and dried a lot of dirty clothes, and I washed the clothes at a little more that night. The front desk lady helped me wash and dry it for me. In the morning, I was afraid to disturb my rest, and I politely sent a short message asking me what time to send it. Who can understand the feeling of opening your eyes and wearing fragrant clothes? It's so sweet. I will live here in Harbin in the future... highly recommended ♥️

The room is quite large and convenient for traveling. It is very close to the morning market and a little further from the subway. It is only about ten minutes' walk from Harbin Institute of Technology. It is very convenient to take children to visit Harbin Institute of Technology.

Stayed in this hotel next to Harbin Institute of Technology, it was really great! Convenient to eat and drink around, the room was clean and comfortable, the bedding was good to sleep, the front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and the price-performance ratio was super high. On a mural in the Heilongjiang Provincial Museum, there's a poem about Harbin by the Russian-émigré poet Yelena Nedeliskaia: ”Merciless years quietly slip away, Foreign sunsets redden the distant sky. I've visited many a beautiful city, But none can rival your dusty grace.” This poem perfectly captures the poet's unique affection for Harbin. It's precisely this special sentiment for Harbin that has drawn us back to the city multiple times. This time, when we visited Harbin, we stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Harbin Daoli. We had a lot of luggage and were quite concerned about the room size. Coincidentally, the front desk attendant who checked us in was a lovely young lady whose WeChat name is 'Xiao Feng Bu Chou' (literally 'Little Feng No Worries'). She showed us several rooms and, considering our age and the significant amount of luggage we had, she kindly upgraded our room type. This perfectly solved our problem, and it truly felt like 'with Xiao Feng, there were no worries!' We ended up staying eight consecutive nights at the Hampton by Hilton Harbin Daoli, and our stay was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable, all thanks to encountering Xiao Feng Bu Chou. It's fair to say that Xiao Feng Bu Chou's kindness, patience, and thoughtfulness played a crucial role in making our Harbin trip so happy and pleasant. One day during our stay in Harbin, we unfortunately got an upset stomach from eating out. The next day, the doctor advised us to only eat congee (rice porridge). Coincidentally, Manager He Ying was on duty that day. After I explained our situation to her, I had a bowl of congee in the restaurant. Since I couldn't eat much at once, she arranged for me to take another bowl back to our room to eat later. Her thoughtful inquiries about our well-being and whether we'd seen a doctor or taken medicine deeply moved us.
