The location is a bit remote, but it doesn't make much difference if you're driving. The room is clean and tidy, the facilities are relatively old, and the breakfast is relatively simple. Overall, it's a good experience.

Pros: everyone seemed super friendly, and the breakfast was really popular with many of the guests.
Cons: the entire hotel had a skunky aroma. Hallways were a bit hazy in places.

I arrived over an hour after check in and my room was not ready, the room they provided had toilet the did not flush and a plumbing issue and we had to switch rooms.

The room given had bugs. I reported it to the front desk. I literally had an employee come to the room. She killed the bug and left. Stating they were aware of the infestation. As you can see outside the window. No offer to give me a new room. Three days at this Best Western and me killing bugs.
The woman with the Jamaican accent that was making the breakfast was very nice.
I will NOT return.

Check in was a breeze. Front desk clerk was very busy was handled everything efficiently. Bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. I would stay here again.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I showed up early for my room and they still got something together for me. Highly recommended, completely worth the money!

A really nice hotel, great staff, great breakfast, very clean without the odor for chemicals. In particular Diamond who took care of the breakfast was really amazing such a great energy and so welcoming.
