Welcoming staff, nice rooms, convenient. Somewhat overpriced and the pillows could use and upgrade. Overall would recommend.

The sofa bed matress was dirty and stinky. I asked the staff to replace it ,they said they dont have any. I disappointed!

Stayed 2 nights with my wife and 2 little kids. Service was excellent, close to a lot of dining option and quick access to major highways!!

The lobby area was nicely arranged with areas that were on the cozy side and open spaces for tv viewing. It was safe for the 1 year old to travel around and pleasant for the older grandma to enjoy quiet time in the early morning near the fireplace. The suite was very nice with 2 drawbacks. The thermostat is in the bedroom so with the door closed and warm people sleeping, the kitchen/couch area was very cold. There was only 1 hook near the door for coats. With 4 little ones in a very cold winter stay, the coats were thrown all over. Overall, very nice.

Totally perfect. All staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms were spotless.

The staff was wonderful. Absolutely, some of the nicest people you could ever meet. They were very helpful. The pool was ridiculously cold! There were dogs everywhere. There should be pet rooms, and non-pet rooms. Our allergies were horrible. We have no knowledge if a pet have been in our room prior to our stay. We stayed in a suite to sleep 6. The pull out bed was ridiculously uncomfortable. If a room says it can sleep six it should also come with six towels and washcloths.

The experience was outstanding. From check in to check out. The front desk staff were very friendly and the staff at breakfast were very polite and friendly. The room was exquisite and well equipped and the suite felt like my own apartment. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great hotel experience.

The property is well-kept and clean. Staff were always welcoming, professional, and courteous. The breakfast buffet was good and covers all bases with scrambled eggs, turkey & pork sausage, cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt, assorted breads and a pastry with both apple and orange juice.

I love this hotel so much! The staff here was so friendly and professional, they made the entire stay pleasant. Checking in and out was a breeze! I also like that housekeeping came and cleaned the rooms daily. I highly recommend staying here.

Very close to Pittsford, shopping & RIT. Pet friendly. Nice pool & great staff. Rooms were worn (carpet & sofa)

Excellent service, everyone was super nice and friendly from the receptionists to the housekeepers. This is our first top choice when coming to move in our kids to their college.

The staff is so helpful and accommodating and the location is great. I love that this pet-friendly hotel has ample green space around the building too. Thanks for a great stay - I'm planning to stay again when I visit.
