地板上有煙頭燙過的斑點，看着非常不舒服，總感覺像地板沒打掃乾淨似的。環境給低分的主要原因是因為太吵了，二樓是個KTV，我住在5樓都能清楚的聽到KTV的鬼哭狼嚎，凌晨一點多還在哇哇唱……實在太吵了……差評，建議KTV包房把隔音做好！前台的服務很單位，4樓還支持免費洗衣服！

衞生一般般吧，床單被套不乾淨我跟我老婆睡的身上癢的要死，都沒有經過高温消毒的吧，前台跟我説用自己洗衣機洗的，怪不得身上癢，床單被套都是皺巴巴的，感覺臟臟的，住了幾天不叫換床單被套都不會主動換的，要錢的時候一個勁的打電話

第一次出差過來這邊。這個iu酒店的一進門的感覺服務員的微笑很好，很舒適，衞生，整體呢很乾凈，擺放很整齊。客房的整體設施配套呢比較完善，先進。推薦入住，下次出差。還會來這邊。

總體設施還不錯，訂五樓以上房間，樓下的有KTV特別吵。前台服務可以，房間有味道迅速換房。房間服務員服務一般，態度差，説房間有味道是正常的空調滴水也是正常，床單有洞也是正常的！哎！説一堆好話幫忙換了～憋屈
