設施：都很棒
衞生：很乾凈，整潔，無異味。
服務：小姐姐，小哥哥都很棒，有啥在他們能力範圍內的能解決的問題都能很好的解決。

本人是城市便捷酒店的忠實粉絲，對於我來説，酒店價格在市區中不算貴，住宿的環境、衞生等比同價的快捷酒店好點不是一點半點。

住在9樓，晚上樓上時不時有叮叮咚咚噪音，原來10樓是餐廳，房間衞生也很差，地上發現有沒有清理乾淨的煙頭，另外酒店房間裝修的品質也差勁，特別是衞生間的。

晚來的評論:
當我看到那雙黃色拖鞋上邊那一坨頭髮，還沒吃飯的我直接給吐了。樓梯板上的沙灰塵也不清理，你們這阿姨打掃衞生很敷衍啊。
然後這個床距離天花板太近了，太高的個子彎腰過去很不舒服。
雖然是酒店式公寓，房間內沒有獨立洗衣機。
但是距離深圳北很近，點外賣方便，晚上了8點後可能不太適合女孩出去逛了，環境整體上比較安靜，室內設施一般，對睡眠有要求的可以考慮入住這裏。

酒店設施好，房間空間大，前台服務很好，客人有什麼事情問題都可以解決。長者家不會開電視看都幫忙調好。周邊吃的東西也多。走10分鉀就能到河源文化廣場。
