アメニティや水スポドリアイスまでいただけて嬉しかったです。
ただ壁が薄く隣の客の声がよく聞こえていました。
あと浴室の換気扇にホコリが詰まっていましたので取り除いていただきたいです。

とにかくスタッフが親切でした。公共交通機関の場所が分からずお尋ねすると、嫌な顔１つせず分かるまで教えていただけました。また、飲みものが自由に飲めたり、夏の暑い日のアイスキャンディーは最高美味しかったです。ありがとうございました。とても、よい旅になりました。

サウナ、温泉とも気持ちよかったです。チェックインの受付の人の滑舌が悪く何を言ってるのか分かりにくかったですが、飲物も飲み放題で良かったです。

歴史を感じる設備ではあったけど、清潔で気持ちよく過ごせました。お水や珈琲のサービスも有り難く、朝食も美味しかったです。
欲を言えば、サービスに紅茶のティーバックが追加されると嬉しいです。
改善されると嬉しい点は、便座が冷たいと地味に驚くので保温があると良いのと、ジャージみたいなパジャマは汗をかきやすいので綿素材になってほしいです。Tシャツ1枚余分に持っていけば済む事ですが……

一階でミネラルウォーターとイオンサプライ飲料のペットボトル（複数可）がもらえるのはありがたい。チェックアウトの際もいただけた。
飲食店が周辺には少ないが、10分位歩くと八丁堀なのでそこまで歩けば問題ない。
ファミリーマートがすぐ近くにあります。
一階に大浴場があるが、今回は利用しなかった。

部屋自体とても綺麗で、フロントも24時間受付されてたので過ごしやすかったです。ただ、チェックインの際に手続きして頂いた受付の女性の方の視線があまりいい思いをしませんでした。

建物自体は少し古いのですが、大浴場は恐らく後から設置したのかな？とても綺麗で快適でした。そしてサービスが凄いです。フロント前にあるペットボトルの水、イオンウォーター、複数種類用意されているアイスキャンディー、乳酸菌ドリンク（確かキリンの？）など、無料で戴けます。自由に持っていけます。総合的にとても満足のホテルでした。
