Unfortunately as soon as we set foot in the apartment we decided to get a different one.
The room in person is way smaller than the pictures instigate. They were taken at a really good angle.
The room was also slightly covered in dirt, there was some sticking to the walls!
It smelled like water that has been standing for a few weeks, so really not good.
Also the walls were super thin, you could hear your neighbours and also everything that happend outside.
If you are aware of that, I believe the apartment could work out for solo travellers who just want to spent the night. The Check-in and Check-out was uncomplicated and smooth. Towels for multiple days were also provided.

First of all, I can't tell if this is a hotel or a guesthouse.
Some sites use this as a hotel and a guesthouse.
Google Maps distinguishes it as a guesthouse.
Cleanliness? I didn't get the impression that it was dirty because there had to be something.
Room size? It's a good size if you put one bed, but if you put two, there's no space to open the carrier. You can only fully open the carrier on the bed.
Noise? I didn't know on Thursday and Friday during my 3-day stay, but on the last day, I could hear the noise from the upper floor in real time and I could hear conversations from the next room.
Amenities? There's a lounge on the first floor, but I don't recommend using it because it looks like it's been used for a long time.
Price? It's expensive for a guesthouse, but cheap for a hotel.
I just don't recommend it.

The price is really cheap, just 10 minutes walk from Yokogawa Station. Downstairs is 711 for the whole family. The scenic spot is not afraid of trouble and you can walk to the city center in 10 minutes. The disadvantage is that my room has no curtains, and the hotel has no elevator. In fact, it is an apartment converted into a hotel in Japan, and the water flow in the shower is so small. Check-in is basically self-service. I stayed for 3 days. Except for the lady who cleaned in the morning, I didn't see anyone at the front desk. If you want to save money, you can consider living here. The sanitation is acceptable. There are residential areas next to it and it is considered quiet.
