Facilities: Though a bit dated, the facilities are very well-maintained. My only minor gripe was the bathroom toilet; it was incredibly small—quite possibly the smallest I've encountered in Japan—making it genuinely inconvenient to use.
Cleanliness: Excellent.
View: The hotel's top floor offers panoramic views of Hiroshima city.
Service: Excellent.
The place is newly opened, so the facilities were spotless, and everyone was incredibly friendly, which I really appreciated. A convenience store is conveniently located right out front, and it's only about a 10-minute walk to nearby attractions and entertainment. However, the immediate area did feel a bit like a nightlife district, especially with the 'free information' booths around. My only minor complaint was that while there was a microwave, utensils and ice were not provided. Despite these small points, I had a good stay, offering excellent value for money.
Location is great. Close to tram, train and bus stations. Walking distance to Hiroshima castle. Staffs are all friendly and check in checkout is quick. Breakfast has many varieties. Stay here for 3 nights. The automated laundry machine helps a lot.
Overall very satisfied with the hotel, will consider it if come again. Thanks a lot to all hotel staffs.

Love everything about this hotel. Excellent location with a convenient store nearby. Even though it says they don't provide breakfast, they offer free, filling, and delicious bakery items and coffee 😀
Location is fantastic. Right next to the Hiroshima museum and all the memorials. The room is dated but functional. The pillows are a little too flat for my liking, but my wife had no issues. Bunch of lovely restaurants and izakayas around the corner.
Parking nearby is capped at 1400 yen (ask for the coupon from the concierge).
A delight to be able to stay in this wonderful property. The property is really new and still 'smells new' the highlight facilities are the shower-room next to the swimming pool and the gym. The shower-room is equiped is Dyson hair dryers and has 'unlimited towels' for use. The room is pretty large for japan standards and the parking here is a breeze. Highly recommend! Most shops and eatries are closeby and you can walk there, Donki (open 24 hours) is just about a 10-12 minute walk.
From the moment I stepped into this strategically located hotel, I knew my stay would be something special. Nestled near the bustling city center, this accommodation strikes the perfect balance between urban accessibility and peaceful retreat.
The prime location is undoubtedly one of this hotel's strongest assets. With the vibrant downtown area just steps away, you'll find yourself immersed in the city's energy without sacrificing convenience. The cherry on top? A convenience store right on the first floor, making those late-night snack runs or forgotten essentials a breeze.
Inside, the property showcases meticulous attention to cleanliness throughout. What particularly impressed me was the thoughtful bathroom layout – separate toilet and bathing areas, a feature that elevates the entire experience and provides that extra touch of comfort that seasoned travelers will appreciate.
My night's sleep was nothing short of blissful – comfortable bedding and a peaceful atmosphere ensured I awoke refreshed and ready for the day ahead.
If I were to suggest one improvement, it would be the amenity distribution system. Currently, essentials like toothbrushes must be collected from a distribution area near the second-floor lobby, rather than being pre-placed in the room. This minor inconvenience is the only thing preventing an absolutely perfect score.
Despite this small hiccup, my overall stay was exceptional. For travelers seeking convenience, cleanliness, and comfort in the heart of the city, this hotel delivers on all fronts. I departed well-rested and thoroughly satisfied – and isn't that exactly what we're all looking for?
This hotel proved to be an excellent choice, primarily due to its prime location and thoughtful amenities. The complimentary bottled water provided in the room was a welcome touch that added to our comfort during the stay. What particularly impressed me was their efficient Express Checkout system. This convenient feature allows guests to simply leave their room cards and depart without the usual front desk procedures – a time-saving solution that I believe should become an industry standard. In our increasingly fast-paced world, such streamlined processes make a significant difference in the overall guest experience. This modern approach to hotel operations clearly demonstrates the property's commitment to guest convenience and satisfaction.
We had a pleasant stay at this hotel in Hiroshima. The location is excellent — right in the city center, close to Hondori Shopping Street, several malls, bars, and restaurants. It was easy to explore the city, with the nearest tram station about a 10-minute walk away, offering direct access to the central railway station and other parts of Hiroshima.
We stayed in a Semi Double Room, which was quite compact, and the bed felt a bit narrow for two people. That said, the amenities were thoughtful and well-curated. We especially liked the traditional-style bathroom, as well as the complimentary sheet masks and foot patches — a nice touch after a day of walking around the city.
The staff were friendly and helpful, as you’d expect in Japan. Overall, despite the small room, we had a good experience and appreciated the convenience and service.
Spacious room, courteous and helpful staff. Amenities (hotspring, laundry machine, complimentary popsicles and drinks) were great. It was very comfortable and I wished I stayed longer.
The location seemed a little out of the way but the local bus service was convenient and not crowded even during rush hour. It was also close enough to a park (short walk) for those who want to get some exercise.

Outstanding
GGuest UserIt's easily accessible, just three minutes from the station.
The breakfast is delicious.
There was a duplicate hotel room, so they gave me a free room, which I appreciated.
GGuest UserThe location is great and the hostel is super affordable. The facilities are good enough, nothing to complain about. Using the washing machine costs ¥300 and you can rent towels and buy toothbrushes etc. for a small price.
However, the receptionist made a rather racist and questionable joke regarding my nationality and apparently did the same with other guests too. He surely doesn't have bad intentions but can be a bit difficult to deal with.
Furthermore, it's not possible to enter the Hotel between 1AM and 8AM, so staying out late will surely turn into staying out very very late
AAnonymous UserIt was a clean and very fashionable hostel.
Access to tourist spots in the city is also very good.
There was a public bath and a tavern within walking distance, so I used it at night.
However, there is no parking lot, so if you want to visit by car, you need to park in a nearby parking lot.
Also, since it is a hostel, there are no amenities.
In addition, please note that you cannot eat and drink in your room.
GGuest UserThe service was top class, very helpful at reception and very friendly.
The gym was amazing, hotel users can use the Anytime Fitness gym for free and it was a proper gym, not just a typical hotel gym so that was really good. Breakfast was great and there was a freshly cooked steak section which was cool.
Just across the bridge was the peace park, and then just round the corner was Hondori shopping street and loads of izakayas in the back street.
Only downside is we booked a compact twin room and on reflection we should have upgraded because it was just too cramped even with just two people. But movement space and luggage space just wasn’t enough.
AAussieLee✅ The hotel was good.
✅ Location is not close to railway but close to Tran/streetcar.
✅ Veey clean and today hotel.
🛑Stayed 3 nights, cleaning was only once on my last full day, not sure of the reasoning for that.
🛑 Thin glassed balcony doors, noisy to outside people and traffic.
TTouravelholicGood place and near to the convenient stores. The place is so perfect for the family.my kids enjoyed the projector, but there is no elevator.we carried our big luggage going to second floor. No free car parking but have a nearest coin parking.check out time is so early 10am.I suggest to make it 11am because some of the guests have a kids hard to wake them up early, especially if you are a tourist.
Zz3phyrIn unit laundry is absolutely amazing. Can pick up some detergent at a 7-11 or FamilyMart next to the hotel for a couple hundred yen that can last you quite awhile compared to the coin ops that easily takes more.
Only downside is the full room makeup is done for a charge and that there are a lot of stains on the couch which is very off-putting. The room is smaller than what the picture shows, but thoughtfully laid out carefully with all of the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Location is excellent near the famed Nagarekawa where there is a lot of dining and entertainment. Also a short walking distance to Hondori Shopping Street and the A-bomb dome.
아아산치타I booked this accommodation on a whim, wanting to get away and clear my head. While it's about a 20-minute walk from Hiroshima's downtown area, I used shared bicycles to get around, and with a tram stop conveniently located nearby, transportation wasn't a major issue. Riding a bike along the river was incredibly refreshing and enjoyable. Thanks to booking in advance, I managed to get a great deal on my stay. Although I didn't get a chance to use them, breakfast vouchers were also included. Overall, I think it's a solid choice for solo travelers looking for a relaxed and peaceful getaway.
애애옹밍맹몽I had a very comfortable rest and went! First of all, if you don't mind walking, you can stay at a good price. There are also convenient facilities nearby. One day, it rained so I didn't go out much, but I was able to borrow an umbrella at the front desk, which was convenient!! I couldn't open the window, and it was blocked by a wall, so the sun didn't come in well, but there was a ventilator, so the air was pleasant. I had a comfortable rest~
