LANDMARK PLUS RESIDENCES LUXURY SUITES

This service apar**ent is a rip off! 1. The apar**ent is not at all in the Landmark Plus Residences, only their office is! You get a random apar**ent in another Landmark Building 2. Amenities, like swimmingpool, are therefore also different to the description 3. for the New Year’s Eve we booked a river view apar**ent. When we arrived at New Year’s Eve we got a random apar**ent, not like the description, looked smaller and had no river view! When I tried to reduce our stay with 1 night a few days before they said cancelation was not possible because they reserved and held exactly this apar**ent for us all this time, but as we came it was sold out! Only solution was to cancel the whole booking. At that time it was already almost 21:00 on New Year’s Eve and nowhere to go with 3 kids. We had to stay but our New Year’s eve plans were ruined! Because we stayed that 1 night, they didn’t allow us to cancel the rest of our stay and get refunded, because now the cancelationpolicy was no longer valid in their opinion. 4. The condition of the apar**ent was quite worn down (Fotos) and we had a neighbor that played his musik real loud in the morning from 7 o clock on 5 We have to say that the service staff ( not the management) were really friendly and helpful

Nice property for families, we arrived late night and the host was kind and supportive. A very good location with A**s, shopping mall, restaurants, groceries shops etc.,

We had a nice stay here as the place was really clean and the view from the apar**ent was really great. There are many shops surrounding the building, so we can easily eat some foods or do some shopping. The owners are also helpful and nice. Really recommended.

This property was amazing and we highly recommend it. The rooms are large, comfortable and well maintained. The kitchen has all you need with a large fridge and a nice view. The pool is amazing and the location is supreb! Close to everything including skating, restaurants, playgrounds, parks and a very good shopping mall with views from above. We checked in at midnight and the host was up and welcoming us. Great communication from the owner. Very helpful while we were there answering all our questions.

Old apar**ents, smells bad inside, un-clean but customers service was somewhat friendly.

High floor with clear view, well-functioning equipment, convenient location

Because of the accident, I needed to urgently cancel my stay, but hotel didn’t agree and refuse to send me any money back. Even though, I haven’t even arrive, they still keep my reservation and money. I tried to called them many times, as well as contact through the agent, but it was unsuccessful. Horrible service and not nice people.

Interior is a little dated. Definately in need of a fresh coat of paint. Walls had marks from living to bedrooms. Some items like kitchen faucet and bathroom flush needed servicing. Gave 3 stars for cleanliness cos there were ants every where. Bedroom beds spring mattress were too soft for our taste. No support. Apt came with washing machine and dryer. That's a plus for us. Communications was satisfactory. Location of Landscape Plus is just less than 100m walk to Landscape 81 tower. Another plus for us. Good views from the Apt.

Very convenient place and fast response from host when having specific arrangements.
