Absolutely terrible.
Staff was so rude and unprofessional.
I wasn’t given the correct room.
I noticed a few of my things missing.
They overcharged me by $100 (for incidentals, which they never mentioned and should have done in front of me, if that was the case) as soon as they got my card number and I walked away from the front desk.
Luckily my card was locked.
Later the entire tub nozzle broke off and water wouldn’t shut off, eventually flooding the room.
When asking for a full refund they refused.
Just a terrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone trying to enjoy themselves in the beach.

Hotel was very clean but dated. Staff was awesome but the best thing was the bed! OMG, that bed was so comfortable.

It was a nice place to stay! Because of the weather and time of year, the pool and beach area were not usable. We should not have been charged a resort fee for those services.

Was very busy but stayed here in 2023 with a whole ocean view and liked the place. Has a side view and it was ok, but had my rooms and the room next to me, ac exhaust going out to my balcony. The door seal was very leaky with the balcony door open, but I could deal with that. Will likely go back next year.

Good location, easy access to the beach. Just had an issue with checking in as the room we were given initially looked like it was still occupied. The front desk took care of this and gave us a new room immediately so all good afterwards.

All personnel at the hotel was very nice. Room was clean and nice. Only drawback was the heater was not working on the indoor pool. We would stay here again
