It's located within Chungking Mansions. The conditions are appalling. The owner appeared to be Indian. Unless you're on a very tight budget and saving money is your absolute top priority, I would not recommend it.

The hotel is in a good location with convenient transportation. There are many shopping malls and restaurants around it, as well as many places to play. The hotel staff has a good service attitude and it is very convenient to check in. I will stay there again next time.

We were stranded for a day due to heavy rain. In the Chungking Mansions, there were a bunch of old Indians living upstairs and downstairs. If you're not afraid, go stay there. The people were very welcoming, but the rooms were small and not soundproof.
