Room could be cleaner, especially table area. Overall good room with an excellent view! Reception also has great customer service, with luggage storage service.

Great location. We took the bus from right outside the hotel to The Peak tram station. It’s close to the Wan Chai ferry harbor and the Exhibition Center. Hennessy Road is close and walked the street took the tram to go to North Point and to Western Market. We took the night sightseeing bus and explored Kowloon. There are also a lot of places to eat within walking distance and some bars to relax.
We took the bus to the airport about 300 meter from the hotel
I would gladly recommend staying there.

Staying here was amazing the view was great, location is very convenient to visit the exhibition center. The towel was disposable but the service was excellent.

前台男service人員，簡直mean到不行，冇見過咁難搞嘅！第二日換咗個前台姐姐順眼好多，態度都gentle過人～酒店位置一級棒，環境靚到舒服到不想走，交通又夠曬方便！

來香港玩住這兒，位置絕了！銅鑼灣附近，地鐵站步行就到，去醫院也方便。旁邊商場吃的逛的都有沒多餘設施不浪費錢，住得挺開心，下次還來。

酒店周邊交通方便，可以乘坐各種交通工具到各景點，距離灣仔海旁100米，房間設施較舊，電源插座損壞較多，並不配備中國手機充電器轉換頭，電視無機頂盒被拆，並無節目觀看，地面衞生較差，灰塵較大，投訴兩次電視問題及衞生問題，入住兩天，仍無人員沒有安放機頂盒，地面衞生清潔粗糙，清潔後存在較大灰塵，人走過之後腳上都留有灰塵
