We had a very pleasant and perfect stay at Dorsett Wanchai! Will definitely book this when we get back to Hongkong! We had a restful sleep after a long day touring around the city. The staff are friendly and nice. The hotel smells good and clean, with complete shower amenities. Lying in bed gives a very relaxing feels, can’t wait to go back here!

Hotel is over my expectations, clean and comfortable.
The hotel staff all come with good smile and good service. Hotel provide shuttle service, pick up point from causewaybay MTR main road, pick up point photo attached. There is ding ding bus stop just infront of Hotel.

Checkin was quick and thorough. The hotel does not have in room dinner or a restaurant I was advised to walk to Causeway Bay instead. Cozy room for a 1 night stay. View of a cemetery is abit uneasy. No coffee or tea in the room and water dispenser is just outside the room. Thin walls so you can hear cleaning staff in the corridor.
Not so many shops around but used Keeta to order some food which was a quick and efficient delivery.

Got connecting room for a family of 4. The hotel is a bit dated & need to at least have some bathroom amenity. The services from staffs and the shuttle drivers are awesome! Stayed for 9 nights but only requested room cleaning once since we are super neat & don’t like to be disturbed. We were supposed to get 40¥ per day when cleaning is not required but only received once & we couldn’t even use it for drinks downstairs due to broken vending machine.

Shuttle Bus provided was helpful. Save the walk to nearby MTR stations and also more direct route to Disneyland via HK station. Prompt timings and pleasant experience.
Staff was helpful when help was required. Water dispenser available to top up water when needed. Room was cosy and comfortable. Overall a pleasant stay
