The hotel was new, the room was clean and tidy. The amenities were great. Staff are nice and helpful. Will stay again next time.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, spacious room, very comfy bed. Perfectly located south of the island, MTR 5mn walk, 10mn to Central. Will return for sure.

Room is really nice, staff at check in and the in the pool area are great. Location is a bit far out , but not necessarily awful. Not a whole lot to do around the immediate area, however it is only a 5/6 min walk to the metro, so didn’t bother us too much. Lack of a 7-11 in the area is a little disappointing, but we just bought what we needed whilst we were out. On the last day, flight was late at night and they let us stay at the rooftop pool, looked after our bags and we were able to shower n change after a day relaxing before the flight. So props to the team for that. 1 stop from ocean park, so was great after we spent the entire day there, to be so close. We also took the bus from very close by to Repulse bay beech so maybe my location review is critical. If you don’t mind hotel being a 25/30 min journey from central HK island and you value a room with lots of space, defo the place for you! I would absolutely return.

Stayed with my 3 kids at the Arca hotel for 3 days. Clean room with 3 beds. Really enjoyed at rooftop pool. And restaurants of hotel were top notch.

I recently stayed at The Arca in Wong Chuk Hang, and honestly, the view there is unforgettable. From the rooftop the Arca Sky, you're treated to a sweeping 270° panorama of Aberdeen Harbour and Ap Lei Chau, perfectly framed by the infinity pool and lush tropical accents. The mural and greenery add a serene, almost resort-like feel, making it a tranquil escape right in the city

Chief Concierge Vincent Tong arranged us for swimming pool even after we checked out when he found our young daughter was sad because we couldn't go Ocean Park. He's so nice and we are very thankful for his kindness.
